gnfnr2k Posted May 3, 2016 Share Posted May 3, 2016 Anyone else pissed how weak Axl sound with GNR but great with AC DC? We have heard the first few shows with the reunion line up and how Axl sounds. He still has mostly that thin Mickey voice but now that we are getting the AD CD rehearsal rehearsal clips coming out, he is full on rasp and sounds great better than he has in over 20 years. You know he will sound amazing on the AC DC tour with full on classic Axl rasp then come back to tour with GNR and half ass it again like he has been doing with his weak Mickey voice. Even when you hear Axl sing whole lotta rosie at Coachella, his voice was on point, then when he goes back to the GNR songs he sounds weak. HE should be putting the effort he is into AC DC into GNR .
