Queen, the return

i just saw a live show of the "New" Queen. They've got a new vocalist, a guy who looks like Freddy Mercury, well... kind of.

What do you think of this... reunion?

In, my opinion is not so bad, i mean nobody will ever replace Freddy Mercury but is great to have them back.

If AC/DC could replace Bon Scott after his death, Queen can replace Freddy, right?? AC/DC have done great with Brian Johnson, so why can't Queen do great with this new guy? (whose name i don't remember)

Anyway, what do you think??

I have tickets to see them on the 13th May,still haven't made my mind up if I will go..Paul Rodgers is an amazing singer in his own right. No one can replace Freddie. It seems weird having another guy up front singing his songs, even though I know they sing a few of Pauls.

I have seen footage of them playing together and he does pull it off.Paul has a great vocal range.Something not right about it.

They must be doing something right, the gigs are selling out fast.I suppose it's keeps the music alive and out there.I wonder what Freddie would make of it all <_<

If Freddie himself had to pick his own replacement. He could never pick anyone better than Paul Rodgers.

I partly think that too.I just think what is getting to me is the first time I get to see Queen play live and it's not with Freddie. You can't help but feel a little sad. :(
