Honestly, how can people NOT be into Maiden! I mean, fuck, many of their songs have an amazing hook that keeps you coming back, and when you do, you find a whole lot more than you realised.

If you don't appreciate Maiden, you don't appreciate rock music.

Well said. I really like these guys. And I risk getting stoned to death, but I think their self titled is one of their best albums.

I fully agree. The new album is brilliant, and they produced it themselves.

At first, and without even listening to an album fully, I thought they were a bit 'Good Charlotte' due to their appearance and kind of dismissed them. But the quality of their music really crept up on me and now my head is fully turned. There's a lot more to their music than at first meets the eye... the music is deep, technical and it rocks pretty fucking hard.

At 4.27pm today I received a call from a withheld number, and to my amazement it was from a gentleman from 'Londonticketshop' informing me that my tickets will be with me before 1pm tomorrow! I was under the impression that the company went into liquidation and I'd lost my money, and the chance to see Maiden for the first time..... but fuck that, we're gonna be there, baby!! (providing I'm not going to get surprising shafted)

I really liked it, watching them play on the Jimmy Kemmel show was amazing, Vince sounds and looks better than he has in years, Tommy is playing great, Nikki is playing great, Mars is playing great!

Would that be on YouTube already? Vince looking and sounding better is definitely a plus... his-ass half-line vocals are what have let the Crue down, in my opinion, but I heard he's always done that. Don't get me wrong, I love Motley Crue regardless.

I've always loved how Mick Mars makes the guitar do a "siren" sort of sound, like at the beginning of this video. I mean, Eddie Van Halen and others do a similar thing, but Mick Mars's one is distinct to him. He's actually a fucking great guitarist.

I bought a Wii a while back, and only after hooking it up to my Internet did I find out something amazing; You can upload a lot of the old games from the NES, SNES, N64, MEGA DRIVE, MASTER SYSTEM, NEO GEO, COMMODORE 64 and the TURBOGRAFIX-16. - I couldn't believe it! My first uploads were Nes Open, Mega Man 2, Punch Out and Bomberman. I know some of you wont appreciate these titles, but anyone growing up through the late 80's/early 90's will have a field day!

PS3 for sure. 360 will be obsolete in a year or so.

The PS3 is built for the future. It had a slow start but has come back in fine form, not to mention some excellent games that came out last year and a lot of crackers this year.

Yes, I've mentioned Maiden in 10 of my last 15 posts...

Maiden got fantastic soloes. But I don't think there are anything VERY special about them. (remember im a HUGE Maiden fan)

But would say my fav from the have to be Dance Of Death, that solo gives me goosebumps

I'm sure I'll say the same after I've over-played their whole back catalogue. Much like I would probably nominate a lot of Slash's work, but since Guns have been my favourite band on the planet from since I can remember, he's not at the fore-front of my mind.

Yo guys, if anyone is going to Twickenham for the only UK gig, I'd advise you check what ticket provider you're using. Allegedly, "londonticketshop" have gone into receivership and people WILL NOT get the tickets they paid for. Unfortunately I'm one of these people. Mother. Fucker.
