  1. I just verified that Slash did indeed do the interview. Though I could not verify that he said Chi Dem will be out in March. Let us hope. Good post....

  2. If the Divinci Code falls through, I see us standing on the brink of grief's abysmal valley. We thought we were close a few times already. When 2002 did not happen I thought 2003 for sure. We are into 2006. Axl will be 44 years old. He pissed away(in my opinion) his best years. How sad. But it only demonstrates how credible he is as a performer. I actually do think the album will be released somewhere around May. But if you look at the concerts for 2006, there are many that already have dates and a tentative schedual. It appears to me that the venue space is already at a minimum. If they have a world tour, I think there will be not too many shows in the US untill probably 2007. I hope I am wrong. Eddie Trunk says he hasn't heard anything new or worth mentioning. He also said that he will keep all GNR fans updated via his Friday night show and his website www.eddietrunk.com I recommend that ALL GNR fans inindate Eddie Trunk with e-mails. He is a very decent gentlemen. It would only fuel his desire for information. And he is aware of all the rumors going around. Well, anyway, we will all have to see. It really is going to suck if we have to wait for info, which is going to happen weather the release is in 6 months or not. The GNR camp is not about to reveal it's secrets.

  3. Don't you remember the "lost GNR album"? The one that was recorded from 1993 to 1996 and then junked? There is plenty of info on this event. There is even an interview with Duff where he talks about the album briefly. He said that many of the songs where acoustic and some were ballads. I know sobody here can find that interview.

  4. I love Guns-N-Roses, but lets be serious here for a moment. Have you listened to: Kill Em' All, Master Of Puppets, Ride The Lightning, And Justice For All & even the Black self titled album? These albums are anywhere from good to excellent. It is not that there are "some good songs". There are many really good songs on these albums. Listen to how melodic and raw Kill Em' All is. Every song on that album just kicks ass. What about Master Of Puppets? Listen to it! Metallica has some GREAT music. LOAD and beyond get progressively worse. But that never changes what they have done. Because they have changed over time due to fame, money and all those evils associated with what they did, does not change what happened in those magic moments in time. The band has long since succumed to corruption and arrogance. But they were GREAT....
