    Maybe there is no record or at least

    the record is not that strong as we think it is.

    Why do they perform an average rock track

    like "chinese democracy" when the new album is

    sooooooo great ???????? and "better" is a very

    good song but not a "big gun" or a future classic.

    Maybe the record company doesn`t wanna release

    the cd right now because they don`t believe that

    this thing will sell enough to get them their money back.

    There is no way this record will be out this year.

    Chinese Democracy needs as much promotion as possible.

    Why no single release with video before the US-Tour

    so that they would play in sold-out venues ???

    And why not one official group photo ?

    Axl always said that this is a band and not a Solo-project

    but it doesnt look that way.

    There is no logical reason for all this behaviour.

    There is something wrong......

    We`ll see..

    No news at all.

    Axl talks about 6-7 new songs

    so that means

    The Blues

    Chinese Democracy

    TWAT

    IRS

    Madagascar

    Better

    and.....maybe Rhiad..

    I bet it will be the same setlist like in europe.

    Everything else would be a big suprise.

    Axl`s Drinkin Behaviour

    It seems to me that Axl has some kind of a midlife-crisis with

    all the heavy drinking and party stuff after all the shows.

    The guy isnt 30 anymore. This behaviour at 44 is just redicilous.

    Maybe he`s just tring to escape some doubts/depressions with all that

    drinking.

    But how long can he go on like this ? How long can his

    Voice take it without suffering ?? Can he make it through a full

    year of touring ??? I doubt it really.

    what if Chinese Democracy isn't released this year?

    I'm discouraged by the fact he is not playing more new songs.

    To me, it strikes me as him not even knowing what he wants to do with the new material yet. And a large part of me thinks he has erased all of Bucket's parts and wants them re-recorded.

    How come "it would be a pussy thing to just come up here and play Appetite" in 1991...but its somehow noble in 2006?

    And its no good sign at all that Axl keep changin the new songs.

    I mean they are all 5 years or older now and he still not sure

    about the arrangement of those songs. That`s crazy. <_<

    Welcome to the Jungle was written/arranged in 3 hours man !!!

    Axl should put the demos of different versions from the new

    songs on a website and let the fans/us decide which version we

    like the most....that would be the easiest way. :)

    Here are my thoughts about the RiR Gig...

    + great band chemistry

    + Axl in good spirit ( I like how he throw his glasses in the audience)

    + Axl Voice way better than 2002

    + Richard Fortus (his november rain solo was perfect !!)

    + Nightrain (one of the best version I`v ever heard)

    + Live and Let Die (cool new Intro)

    + Dizzy playing Ziggy Stardust

    + Bubblefoot playing dont cry and audience singing

    - Too many Solos (2x Guitar Solos are enough)

    - Axl not introducing the new songs or telling anything

    about the new album they wanna release this fall

    I think he should play and announce the new single on

    this leg of the tour..

    Why not Axl ??

    - horrible Intro to Paradise..Axl forgets to blow the whistle

    at the right time again (maybe he doesnt know his own song ??)

    - Chris Pitmann, thanks to the bad stream-mix I could hear

    for the first time what he is playing and what he does is

    just not necessary, especially on the Appetite Songs.

    He should quit gnr and join the pet shop boys !!!

    - Not playing Madagascar maybe the best-known song from

    the new stuff.

    - The Jams they weren`t that good they should do that at

    Rehearsals and not when it`s Showtime. Stop that and

    play a new song instead.

    Overall a real rockin show. But we want more new stuff.

    They really need to promote the new songs on this tour

    and try to make them popular. I dont wanna see Axl end

    up like the Stones playing the same old songs for 40 years.

    We got over 30 Gigs in Europe to go. That`s a long way..

    So I think there will be at least one riot and one canceled show.

    It wouldn`t suprise me at all. I even bet on that.

    Two hours between the support and main act. That´s far too much.

    Maybe Axl thinks it`s uncool to show up on time and

    doesn`t fit with the gnr-image. But he`s playing with

    fire for sure. It`s an easy formular..

    waiting = drinkin

    drinkin = aggression fighting

    aggression = possible riot ??

    We`ve seen this before in the bizarre world of gnr.

    I don`t wanna see that again.

    If it happens Axls career is finished.

    Off-Topic

    I fear that Axl won`t tell us anything about the release

    date on this european tour.

    Still no official Band-Pic !! Why ?

    Why there is still no official group-pic to promote the european tourdates ...

    because a lot of people in europe still expect to see the old-lineup

    on stage this summer. Or is this what Axl wants ? Maybe he thinks

    he sells more tickets this way. If he believes in the new line up he

    shouldn`t hide behind the old one.
