I think the point is we can buy tickets from 8am where as anyone else can only buy them from 9am, giving us a better chance of getting tickets.

I think the use of "these" are annoying, and really "piss me off".

The band as a whole are not as tight as other bands around, but it seems they have a certain chemistry on stage together. I think they actually look good now. In 2002, Axl looked awful, Robin look stupid and then there was Buckethead. They all look smooth now. And which Village People has your wife seen anyway? I cant find much common ground with GNR.

And eventually they will play less old songs, but not until they have more songs to play. I for one would be pissed off if they didnt play Mr Brownstone, Paradise City, SCOM etc. Plus we all talk about wanting Axl to play Dead Hose or Estranged or Bad Apples or some other OLD song, that we would love to hear live again. The music GNR have made is timeless, so whether they play old or new songs I'm gonna have one hell of a night on the 7th and retire to the Duke Of Cornwall pub round the corner and get fuckin smashed in celebration!

Anyone advise me of where to get a train to from Manchester and then how to get to Hammersmith. Only been once before and that was in a car. (went to see Europe! lol).

As Rick said, go from Piccadilly to Euston, then get the tube line (Victoria line to Green Park, change to Piccadilly line onto Hammersmith)

Izzy was the core of GNR, so it would be sad and disappointing to see him performing only one or two songs as a guest.

Izzy should play all the songs in NY and tour with Axl in Europe. If not, I prefer not to see him on stage : it's all or nothing.

Izzy was not the core of guns n roses. If anything Axl and Slash were. Good songwriter yeah, but he was hardly the core.

IMO, Izzys songs are brilliant. His lyrics are ace, so cool. I would love there to be a Pretty Tied Up or Bad Obsession on CD. Really funky songs, love them.

As cool as it would be havin Slash back, I dunno whether it would make sense. It would widen the appeal of the new band anyway.

Take a look at your avatar, and you'll see that having Slash back makes sense.

The non-sense consists in calling a band "Guns N'Roses" without Slash, Izzy and Duff. Probably one of the greatest absurdities in rock history !

Plus, if Slash came back, it wouldn't be considered as a new band anymore...

IF Slash came back, I think I'd still see it is a new band. If Slash and one of Duff and Izzy came back, then it would just be the old GNR to me.

If any of the old lot come back, superb, but I wont be gutted if they dont. I'm just glad GNR are back, and its seems that CD is finally on its way!
