Seriously dude, that's INSPIRATION. You don't ask other people for themes, you get inspired by things to write about things. Stuff that happens to you, stuff that you see. That is the only way you can relate to the subject, and really get into the writing process.

I have to agree with you on this one Projected!!
Lyrics come from your own experiences. Among the 15 or so that I have written most could be referred to as "Black/Death" lyrics.
But every now and then I surprise myself and write something upbeat and positive! Because I am going through an enlightened experience at the time!
The only one that doesnt fit into either catergory is the tribute I wrote for a friend of mine that had had an accident!
I have tried to write a cheesy puff piece and it ends up sounding like bullshit!
Certainly not somewhere I want my lyrics to go!

In my opinion, it's a weak song. In fact, that band is awful and overrated. I hate the singer's voice. Hopefully, their next album will flop and no one will ever remember they even existed.

Anyone in the wrexham/north wales cheshire area who wants to form a hard rock band with plenty of groove pm me. Influences Ac/dc, Gnr, led zeppelin, red hot chili peppers. All my other projects have fallen through so I wanna get a band together that will gig and record.

ok today i went to the mobil station (gas station) and there was a guy who sometimes talks to me. and he knew that i was a gn'r, and he heard somewhere that there was going to be a concert in conneticut (where i live) and that he was going to give me ticket cause he's friends with the someone who can get it, but the thing is that it wasn't officially annouced and i wanted to know if anyone else heard about this
i know that sound like gibberish but i'm tired and excited i never been to a gn'r concert

i would quess the guys from slipknot..there must be some reason why they're wearing those ugly masks...i'm pretty darn súre they all look like quasimodo
I've seen most of them without their mask on, the Clown is pretty bad, but the rest of the guys are like hideos, of course I'm a dude too so I can judge it the best, but they aren't like hurtful to the eyes or anything.
And what about the lead singer of Meat Loaf, isn't he like pretty...um..big around the waist?

i hugely advise you go see em - its insane. i came out with a black eye and a busted shin but it was worth it!!!! so over the top and quality
Would really love to as I try and catch most of these bands when they come to Brisbane............ (because of the website Im involved in)
But alas its a work night and I am already going to see Velvet Revolver on the Monday Night!
Unless you want to lend me a couple of bucks??
