    Hah - some guy off the X-Factor in Australia did Long Way To The Top at his audition.

    Fucking tool sounded like crap, and a vein practically burst out of his neck he had to strain so hard to hit the notes. <_<

    Yeah just finished Beds are Burning - Midnight Oil: The Journey

    Just a Bio on the band - They are now broken up, but they are getting together to play a benifit gig for the tsunami: anyway read.

    The author was referring to M Oils career as riding a wave,

    And in the last paragraph it says:

    "There remains only the vexed question of whether anything will be capable of enticing the five of them together again for some sort of reunion ride. The water will need to be clean and surf will need to be big"

    Thought that was rather fitting. Yet freaky lol :o

    Even though I have seen Silverchair several times I missed their last appearance in Brisbane! :(

    Hope you enjoy the Day SM - Midnight Oil are cool live!

    That is an impressive line up I would pay to see most of those bands/ performers!

    I have the CD. And I play guitar, but I can't tab it for you, (i suck at tabbing) even though I've played for 15 years.

    I know about their albums! I have been searching the net for 4 days trying to find the tabs to a song called "Dont Call Me Dude" but I dont think they exist... well not on the internet anyway!!

    That is why I was hoping someone on the forum may have heard of them and played their songs!

    Hey!

    Has anyone on this forum ever heard of a band called "Scatterbrain"?

    I believe they are a band from the late 80's early 90's hailing from New York!

    From what I have read they were a punk/ metal band made up from the remains of a band called "Ludichrist" Lead Singer and Guitarist I believe!!

    Apparently their biggest claim to fame was a song called "Dont Call Me Dude"!

    If anyone has ANY info please help!! :(

    Besides all the classics - (Stairway, Black Dog etc etc)

    I have always had a thing for "Houses of The Holy" ,""Tangerine", "All of My Love", "The Song Remains the Same", "No Quarter" hell I cant think of any I dont like !

    Just decided I dont have a favourite I love em all ! :rolleyes:
