While he's still fully committed to Soul Asylum, with whom he plays again Wednesday at the Fine Line, Tommy Stinson also remains a part of the Guns N' Roses camp. Word is he'll play European dates with Axl Rose in June, which conflicts with the (already far-fetched) rumors that Slash and Duff McKagan might rejoin the band this year. No matter what happens, Tommy is the credited bassist on "Chinese Democracy," the long-awaited and now just long-delayed GNR album that really might be out soon.

Probably. I mean, in my opinion it sounds very lame and cheesy. I hope this track is totally redone by now or that it doesn´t appear at all on the Chinese Democracy album.

I've been listening to UYI 2 all day. It's a colossus but with feet of clay : a lot of filler and not so many outstanding songs (2, maybe 3).

Actually, I think Madagascar and The Blues are better than any UYI song.

I'm very dissapointed cos these songs are not mind-blowing or earth-shattering like the songs from UYI or AFD. If T.W.A.T and Catcher in The Rye are "The Big Guns" it will be average rock record. Something like "The Spaghetti Incident"
