I agree city of evil is vocally much clearer and better quality. Matt had some damage done to his throat from the earlier albums so he doesn't do as much of the scream style he does in the earlier days.

no wonder there will never be world peace if we're going to argue over littler things like concert tickets.

I don't think anyone can judge until they here the completed work you can't judge an album by who's on it but by how well they mesh with each other. Axl said once that it was taking so long because he wanted to get the very best out of each member and that takes many takes on each part. so if thats true each person is doing their best we just need to see how they work as a team effort. hopefully it will work if not at least they tried their best.

everyone keeps saying that they want axl to make some form of statement but sometimes silence and the unknown is the best attention getter and publicity. Everyone is wondering what if or are they back. Axl knows how to work a crowd and now he has one of the largest crowds ever just waiting to hear something. He is hardly a dumb man he's also good at keeping people hanging until the very last minute. As for me I would love for a reunion but I think it is hardly unlikely. I'll still love his music no matter who he has with him.

You can count Duff out I read about a week ago that VR is going back in to finish their next album they had been waiting for some producer to free up time to make it. It was in mtv news bulletin they sent to me. A couple of days later it was in our newspaper also. Him and Scott was also on some country show Nasville Star or news something like that as guest judges. Can't imagine why they were on a country show but it was on mtv news also.

If the Europeons want tickets why didn't they buy them when they went on sale in europe last month. If I lived in the UK I would rather travel to France then all the way to New York. to see them.

I like A7X and I can understand Just as much of what Matt is singing as I could Axl's there main Influence can be heard in Brian and Zacky's guitar playing. they were both influenced by Slash. But nobody will every take their place in my heart like GnR is.

they have already sold out alot of the europe shows. and there is still a hugh diehard fan base still around they alone could sell out most shows. alot of others will go just to see what the new band is like.

He didnt. Notice you cant see all of the guitar in the pic. It was added too the pic. after it was taken. Notice how the hold guitar is in a other pic. Because they couldnt get it all in the pic. for same reason.

If Axl signed that he must have been totally drunk I have never seen his writing that messy. I would definately say its fake.

What producers? I have read numerous times that Axl is producing it himself and that being a notorious perfectionist, this is part of the reason why CD is taking soooo long.

I thought they started with a producer but fired him earlier and Axl took over. When people put money up front for production don't they normally have some kind of time limit when It should be finished. I don't think I would sink my money into something taking this long as a fan I'm willing to wait as a backer I wouldn't.

I had heard that Axl does have a studio in his home. It's definitely large enough to have one.

I only really listen to the albums when i come in from a night out drunk and i put the headphones on and lay back on my bed then fall asleep to the music...

Knocking on heavens door when I'm moody I have a friend who has been missing for 4 years now we think she was killed it was her favorite. It always reminds me of her. I love Slash but I have to agree, listening to VR, I don't hear any really great parts from Slash that hit me on a deep emotional level like some of his previous work.

I agree....his previous work was masterpiece..but now?!....its good cos its slash...but nothing hits me either

Slash will always be good. But when He was with G N R he was the best Maybe it was the music suited his style

better. Or maybe Axl really did drive them till they were at there best he can be a perfectionist at times I think

Duff played a whole lot better with G N R also.
