  1. av and I was thinking about turning it back to sometime where it did work, does anyone know if there's some kind of thing to press on the keyboard, instead of doing it in that Start-way?

Seeing as that'd be quite hard

  2. I'm not sure what it is, I ran some Norman Anti Virusscan and also Microsoft AntiSpyware, and it says it doesn't find anything, even though it keeps not working right.

Like everytime I decide to open anything, even the searchfunction, it just keeps openeing that Microsoft Help and Support thing. Last time I looked, it had 21 windows.

When it does this, I can't use the computer.

Does anyone have an idea about what to do?

Oh and, I think it might be called something like Gsas or Gmas or something like it..

  3. I don't know, they seem so common I think.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Hmmmm i wouldn't call them common, they are totally original it's just so many others have copied their style. They were proberly the first proper Thrash Metal band.

Metal was dying and they brought into the mainstream, they also saved us from all the hair metal crap like Crue.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Yeah yeah, it's not that..

I just always found them pretty mainstream, especially the vocals.

But then I do listen to completely different music from them myself anwyay.

Av and it's wrong to say that just because you don't like Metallica you're a "musical retard".

I could point out so many bands that I think are so much more creative, and also way more musically talented than Metallica

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

mainstream?----then listen to Kill Em All....if thats mainstream to you,then....Ride The Lightning and Master Of Puppets aren't really mainstream either, their just so brilliant that those albums have to be known

not talented? Cliff Burton was by far the most talented bass player in music,he was better at bass than Hendrix was on guitar, his work on Orion is beyond amazing

Hammett could write some amazing solos,Ulrich's drumming is good on the first albums(altough on Load and Reload it often seems that he has fallen asleep behind the drums) and Hetfield had a pretty evil voice(again on the older albums)

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    That's your opinion though ;)

To me, being good at playing guitar isn't just guitarsolos and being fast with it.

To me it's about the sound. To create an incredible sound which hasn't been heard before by being creative. I love Hendrix, and it's definitely not for his guitarsolos :)

I don't think Metallica are too creative and I think the musicians are average.

Av and I did listen to a couple of Metallica-albums and I did find it mainstream.

I just neevr foudn them interesting at all really

  5. Thanks they´re great!!!

    And to RAMM:ELL:ZEE (What a name ;) )

Sorry i havent seen that.. Ill do it the next time, and well... i got em here  :)

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Ha...so did you learn to play it yet? ;)

    This thread's historic anyway

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Ha!

yeah it's my first post ever

And ha yes I learnt that easy part :D

And that green is cool anyway, it's cool I wrote it in green. Ha guh.

It's cute you told me to find the right section anwyay :P

  6. This one

    I don't know, it's jsut such a wonderful song.

It makes me sit and move with all my body :)

I really get into the music with that one.

And it obviously reminds me of Christiania and how important that place is for everything.

    And love.

When you're on trippysongs though, lots of things are so much more acid (or trippy like you say) than that Beatles-Pink Floyd tam

    Alrune Rod

    Steppeulvene

    Tømrerclaus

    Quintessence

    Hapshash and the Coloured Coat

    They're only just some though.

Acid is the best genre ever I think :)

  7. Av Ron, Batman's right, it's only some certain people who can see.... yet.

    Mand see?

It'll be so good having some chat back anyway. It's all societylike.

    It's.

    Nice.

  8. What's so cool about breaking a McCartney CD? Sure, he may be a dumbass to some, but he's a musical genius to everyone.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Amen. Ignorance is bliss...

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

It's not ignorance, it's about taste.

Although I think it's dumb breaking it.

In general it's pretty dumb to destroy things that others might want.

If you get some cd you don't want then give it to someone who might want it or give it to a shop or what do I know.

    The other isn't even nice.

  9. Seriously man. Stop making these threads on this board. You'll find that like 3 people might take you seriously if you're lucky.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

yeah, that's what happens if you like bands that AREN'T commercial and mainstream(unlike most people here)

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Get over it

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

It's not him who should get over it, but people who diss him for making these threads.

It's good he keeps his own music alive around here!

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

thank you Lindy,at least 1 supporter here......I know you dont like my music, but at least you dont make fun of it like most people do

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Of course not.

    It's all about taste really.

And it's just good you don't keep the music you love to yourself, just because people don't know it or don't like it ;)

People don't know my music either, but I mention it either wya because it's what I listen to.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

What kind of music do you like, Lindy? im genuinely interested in a non piss taking way.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Acid. Also Indian Folk.

I don't know, it's a bit difficult to explain because I prefer Danish Acid and you wouldn't know that I figure. And the bands are pretty hard to get unless you live here.

Of international music, it's music like The Nice, Arthur Brown, Beefheart, Hendrix, Quintessence, Magma and the Mahavishnu Orchestra is just flip really.

It's like flip, spiritual, outacid organ, positivity, humour, protest, and incredibly drug-influenced, which is why the genre is Acid.

I did it as good as I could ;)

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

How on earth do you make that into a sig?

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Av it's just a ticket

If I was you, I'd jsut cut it out and use it as a sig but ha

    Boring sig, boring picture

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

dont be an ass about it...they have a ticket stub to the only cocert theyve been to and would like to have it as a sig whats the big deal?

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I'm not making a big deal out of it.

I'm just saying that I have an idea to what he could do, but that it's a pretty boring idea because the picture isn't that interesting in itself.

    See?

It's nothing to get all angry about tam.

And and and sorry GetIzzyBack if you took my comment negative :)

  13. Jefferson Starship?

    It almost reverberates GNR.

It's So Easy - Jefferson Airplane

    November Rain - Jefferson Starship

next stage is Starship FM Radio cheese ballad for the masses Thriller meets Air Guitar.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Ha.

Av Jefferson Starship aren't good in my opinion anyway.

    Airplane it is! :)

  15. I saw a video of a show where Grace was all drunk out of her gord in Germany and she starts insulting the audience and asking them "who won the war?"

    not her greatest moment.

Jim Carrey's cover of Somebody To Love is pretty cool too in The Cable Guy.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Ha!

The Cable Guy is such a weird movie :P:lol:

    I love Carrey

  16. Alright Thanks people! ;)

    Lindy!!Where are you when you're needed? :P  :)

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Ha.

    Sorry tam.

Well you know, it depends, if you want psychedelic or acid music, the Airplane isn't the best thing.

They're pretty light for those genres anyway.

Get Thirty Seconds Over Winterland first. It's a livealbum and it's absolutely amazing. With Feel So Good and stuff. It's the kind of music you need to listen to deadloud though ;)

That one and Bark, Crown of Creation, After Bathing At Baxter's, Volunteers and Takes Off are the best really. Surrealistic Pillow is more commercial in my opinion and that's bad I think.

You could delete your posts one by one.

But if someone wanted to go read your posts, they still could using Web archives. (Web archives archive the Web, so someone could theoretically go browse the Web as it was on a previous date).

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Av I heard about that before.

It's not like you can tell me how that works? :)

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Why'd you and RAMM go back and start deleting your old posts?

Don't be ashamed of stuff you've said in the past. ;)

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Ha what?

I haven't deleted any of my old posts

I haven't even thought about doing that, and the only reason I wanted to see that Archive was out of curiousity (Get back that nice Blue-White-skin Eric... ;) ).

And ha, there's nothing with Ramm either.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Sorry, my mistake -- I just remember looking through someone's old posts and seeing that the first 10 pages had been edited to (....). I could've sworn it was you and RAMM, but I must've been wrong, sorry....

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Yeah that is Ramm.

I'm not sure it's that many pages though

To make it clear, it wasn't because he was ashamed of anything.

He's good, he stands up for things.

Av we shouldn't dig in that anwyay.

Either way, I was just curious.

Like for other pages and stuff.

  19. Av I think Jefferson Airplane were pretty early out too.

Like in 69 or something? 70 maybe?

I can't even remember what the song is called, but I think it's like "up against the wall motherfucker"

Ah yeah it totally ruins that song anyway. Guh.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

You should feel slightly proud, making a statement.

These days, everyones doing it so its not effective. But back in the early 70s it actually had an impact.

    <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

    Av yeah.

    Yeah I know.

But I don't really think everyone is doing it now, not in some proper way.

Like in the 70's and 60's people were actually active and progressive, they didn't just do some song about it.

  20. Av I think Jefferson Airplane were pretty early out too.
