Madison,
Why can't we see you? Why can't you just post a photo?
Stop being so darn enigmatic!

"A Day In The Life"

"In My Life"
"I Am The Walrus"
"Strawberry Fields"
"Tomorrow Never Knows"

Out of those, I vote Elvis.
My personal favourite voice is the chap in my avatar.

that band you seem to dislike so much (whispers GD) have more in common with a rock n roll band like The Beatles as in they have no pretensions and is not completely watered down.
Green Day have "no pretentions"...??!!
Oh boy, that's the funniest things I've heard this morning. They are pretending to be punk! "Punk" was a word that stood for originality, independence and autonomous thought - what is original about Green Day? The boys in Green Day are the very reason "punk" died in the UK in the late 70s - commercialism. When "punk" become's a fashion, it is no longer punk.
I see little difference between Green Day and Avril lavigne - same thing to me - they both write catchy pop songs. Well, that's fine by me but we are talking about "pretentions" and, yes, Green Day do have pretentions. Who are Bon Jovi pretending to be...?

Lock, Jack, Lock!
Run, Forrest, Run!
Lock the thread Jack, do what excites you the most...

Don't you have any adults around who can explain these things for you?
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
You know, there's a reason you're the most unpopular Mod...
-
Why is that there...?
Know something we don't Eric...?
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
I didnt even notice it was there
But i get out a lot
J/K
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Yeah, well it's raining a lot here...
Jack, I asked why it's there because if all it's going to do is announce GNR members' birthdays, then I don't see much point in it.
Can't help it Jack, can you? I'm that itch you can't scratch....

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
No.
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
You're not Eric.

Music labels/genre's are gay.
Didn't Elvis once say, "there are two type's of music - good music & bad music". I agree with him. Bon Jovi is good, Green Day is bad.
Just wait until Mr Fukaji see's this post!

Bon Jovi is rock n roll. And a damn good band too.
Sambora is one of my fav guitarists.

I love these joke threads. Good one.
-
Yes, they are.

they've been in the mainstream eye since dookie, eleven frigging years ago. deal with it.
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Cliff Richard has been in the mainstream eye since 1955. I still wouldn't buy one of his records...
Although, I do love "Summer Holiday"...
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
that wasnt the point love, whoever was complaining about green day was complaining they'd 'suddenly' gone mainstream, when they've been big for years.
xx
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
You're wasting your time, he likes R Kelly.
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Reading this in the knowledge that you're a Green Day fan makes me chuckle...

Do your dvd players support DVD+RW? Many don't.
Do you have any DVD+R disks you can try?
R.
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
I can only burn onto DVD+RW, thats all my computer will work with.
I just noticed that my dvd writer didn't have a region selected, so I selected Region 2, so I'm gonna try again...
-
I have a "hp pavilion f1723" computer and a "philips dvd8421" dvd writer.
I have a film on my computer which is DivX
I am using "Nero Vision Express" to convert the files to VOB and then burn onto DVD+RW...
This all goes fine, but when I put the disc into my dvd player it says "data dvd error". I have 2 DVD players and they both say the same message, and they are both pretty new...

epic.
faith no more win everything, better than everyone and everything ever. except maybe bungle and fantomas.
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
How would you react to this statement:
"Easy" was the best song FNM ever did.
-
Under the bridge.
am i now the target for some of ARCs stupid "roll-eyes"-smileys too?
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Idiot..!
I was asking Axlsgal1989 if she'd heard "Epic" because we have chatted a lot on MSN and she has told me a lot of what she listens to and I highly doubt she would have heard Faith No More.
Comprende?
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
You didn't ask what my friends and family were into though did you?
Well, I wasn't asking your friends and family though.
If you've heard "Epic" then fair enough - from your favourite songs, that you told me (Holly Valance, The Darkness etc), I just didn't think you'd be a big Faith No More listener.
-
I have both the Kaiser Chiefs and Keane's album
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Oh my god. You bitch about Oasis yet you like these boybands?
Some people's taste defies me.
-
RHCP will win this because I have a feeling not too many know what "Epic" is...!
-
They are two completely different songs. Both great songs though. Null vote.
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Don't null vote!
Pick the better song, even if they are both "great"...

"Oh, you wanna play rough...?"
The thing is, Tony, political refugee from "Cuva"!, I'm only one of many who think Slash isn't as great as he once was...
He's still cool, though. "You got that?"
"All I got in this world is my balls & my taste in music, and I don't break em' for no one. You understand?"
