I had that exact same thought a couple of weeks ago! I think if there's any place in the world I'm most curious about, it's Israel. It's like the forbidden fruit for me. I especially want what I can't have! Random question, do you guys eat Hummus there?

I think so! Already starting to feel like home.

For now, I'm just thinking of applying to graduate school and getting a student visa. After that, I'll find a job..and then things will fall into place... pursuing the american dream all i know is, a future in beirut is like playing with fire..theres a reason why there are 16 million lebanese living abroad as opposed to the 4 million in the country..

Beirut is good, it has its ups and downs but if you live life simply, you won't be bothered I'm almost done with university; finishing up so that I can move somewhere I can build a sustainable future in..What about you? How is life in Israel? Met someone from Israel when I was in the US, really liked the guy, I seem to get along better with Israelis than I do some fellow Lebanese. Hm...
