Can you still get Coachella tickets if you sign up for it or are they completely out? How many tickets were released for GN'R fans to get? Is it just a limited quanity or how does it work? Thanks.

They were set aside for current Nightrain members (Which I waited too long because of the Holidays)... We can't get them.

I don't know anything about NuGNR. I know there was a DJ Ashba and a Bumblefoot and then they were gone. I joined this forum b.c I love AFD & some of UYI. I think it will be super cool to see Axl and Slash back together sense I didn't get to seem them together when the band formed.

Bumblefoot could play technical like buckethead and yet sound like Slash when he wanted to... Ashba looked like Slash but played like... well not good at times... However he sounded great on his own stuff...

Just a fast update, they removed the option of the membership now. So I probably would expect new membership options coming soon.

You can rehearse all you want in the house but it doesn't build up the same energy and stamina that you'd get being in live room and moving around whilst singing.

I think he needs to stop moving around. Stand still like Myles Kennedy or Adele. Would help his singing if he did that even if it hurts his stage presence.

He barely moved at all in 2014. Compare it to 2012, there's a noticeable difference in his stage presence.

I thought that out of shape picture was posted in December of 2014. I could be wrong. If he is in that condition, he is still in better shape than Vince Neil. However wait loss can be done pretty fast. I lost 50 lbs in a month at one time.

It's not good to lose weight so fast, especially when you're older. He doesn't have to lose much imo, it's the bloat. Which is not the same as fat. He looks like he suffers from serve water retention. Maybe he's been hitting the booze for too long, or he's on meds, I dunno it could be both. But he should sort it out, because that's not just an appearance thing, but a sign of health issues.

His nose is starting to look like those who suffer from long term alcoholism. I am not saying that he is, but I have suffered from a medical condition which my body stored everything and I was eating like an average 180 lb guy. Once everything got under control the weight fell off. Now I refrain from the use of alcohol, simple sugars, and high fructose corn syrup completely, and mostly eat natural. I don't know what it going on, but I hope that he is alright and getting better.

Slash will bring back "The Godfather" guitar solo. Duff will bring back "Attitude." Chris will bring back the towel solo.

To his credit, Chris seems to be the only member capable of getting Axl in a studio.

When has Axl ever orchestrated rehearsals. Ambassador Duff knows Slash and the nuGNR guys, so once again, he'll probably be the bridge.

I am pretty sure that Fortus and Slash have met... at least at the Dead Daisies recording sessions.

I think that Axl has Adler's best interest in mind. The road has many temptations and he doesn't want to lose anyone.

If Axl and the boys were going to do something to honour Scott, there is one that sticks out. It isn't a VR song. But I could imagine it being an Axl type song.

I think Jungle is the logical choice, especially for a reunion. Obviously CD won't be the opener anymore, at least not for a long time I imagine - maybe eventually. I'm selfish and I really like when Nightrain closes the main set, so I hope that stays.

Say what you will about NuGN'R, but that 1-2-3 punch of Jungles, Easy and Brownstone was incredible. Even when they started opening with CD, the opening 4 were so great in that order. I wouldn't even be upset if they came out with the same 1-2-3 punch, it works so well.

I agree with a lot of what you are saying, but the good thing for Duff and Slash is that they will be making an insane amount of money even if it's a one-off at Coachella. A poster on GN'R Evo that is tied in to the concert side of the music industry said that the contract is between Coachella, Axl, Slash, and Duff. Everyone else is a hired hand (not just musicians but the usual hangers-on, roadies, etc). Coachella is supposedly gonna pay them $8m. I would guess Axl gets slightly more due to the leverage he had with the name but Slash and Duff probably still get over $2m each once you account for the fact the three of them have to pay everyone else involved. That's pretty damn great for only two shows.

If this is true, it confirms that Slash & Duff are not joining nugnr. It's Axl, Slash & Duff + a bunch of hired hands, similar to the UYI tour situation.

Kimmel is extremely important and relevant in his field. I would bet money he is more respected and relevant in his line of work than you are in yours.

I will never understand the mindset of people who let Axl's decisions effect their lives. Axl cancelled an appearance on one days notice - no biggie, the talkshow sucks. Smh.

VR has been dead for quite a while now, so I'm guessing it doesnt really matter, all the members had other side project since their last VR-show anyway, why shouldn't it be GnR? That being said, I dont get why people hang on to Kushner? Its a great guy, wouldnt mind seeing him in GnR, but I guess Axl will never allow it, as he's from the Slash/Duff camp, and I'm betting Axl would rather keep Fortus on board. That should really be enough, and leaves room for guest appearances by Izzy or Gilby.

Who says that there will be a third guitarist? I doubt Slash would be willing to share the spotlight with another lead guitarist and Axl is probably fine with that as long as Slash is willing to play Chinese Democracy tunes and stuff like that.

While not needing a 3rd, it has produced a live sound that it more like you here on an album. Axl as been keen on this for awhile

I think it was going to let me purchase membership.If you have an account on the GNR website but not a paid membership log in then click on Users under Nightrain, it then let me go thru steps of purchasing membership. ( i got to the step of logging into my paypal but i didn't finish because I don't have the spare $10 right now lol)

It doesn't let the transaction to go through. I have been trying since this weekend, after I got money ahead after the holidays.
