id have to say this is the most frustrating thing in my life right now, i over think the release of this album more than any other problems i have, its really sad... lol ... its like an obsession, i've never been obessed with anything but this REALLY drives me up the wall... carry on ahaha

my GN'R obsession is becoming a Bad obsession.

Nobody's asking him to throw a parade in our honor. Nobody's even asking him to show up on time or release his album (though he'd be smart to do both).

All I'm suggesting is that he say SOMETHING, no matter how small. Do it every couple of weeks or something. Reassure us that he's not going back into Malibu hibernation for half a decade.

A couple of sentences every so often. That's it. He wouldn't even have to get out of bed to do it. Just have Beta type a "message from Axl" post every so often.

The worst thing about being a fan of Axl through all these years is being kept in the dark. It would take such a minimal effort on Axl's part to make all that bullshit go away. Please Axl, for Christ's fucking sake, think of your fans here. This ONE LITTLE TINY EFFORT on your part could make a world of difference to your fans.

In spite of myself I'll go on although I shouldn't have to. Is it not possible that the album is now in stages where Axl doesn't have to be directly involved all the time? Is it maybe possible he could be in New York hanging out waiting himself on the promotion to begin... and having some Mac & Cheese whilst he's at it.

alot of people seem to find it hard to understand that axl is just a human being like anyone else, hes got problems like anyone else. Most believe he shouldn't have any problems and he's in debt to the fans, no you are in debt to him for creating some great music. He'll release the album when he's ready and if he doesn't he doesn't. You cannot dictate anything this man does.

I have every faith in Axl, and I stand behind him in every thing he does, but I do think that we will hear from him only if its bad news.

I guess I'm hoping to see CD advertising in couple of weeks, if not then wait for Mr. Rose to explain.

Well, my new years resolution wishes for the band gotta be:

1) Bring back Brain

2) I hope Axl's voice returns to the status of that on the 2006 European tour

3) further and AMPLE release of more live material including off the 2006 North American tour

4) When CD is released bring back Buckethead if possible (perhaps he just didn't want to play a tour with no album)

Well you got a point there..

I mean I think bucket is one of the best guiter players in the world.. he is got his own cool style.

and for the record bucket left on his own, Axl wanted him to stay.

I think Axl just trying to find the right ppl for the band.

like in the old interviews when they say that slash, Axl, steve, Izzy and duff where the only ppl they could have a band with.

Axl and i guess all the other ppl (Dizzy, finck) try to find the right ppl.

sometimes its just dosent work, like with bucket.. who knows whats happend with brain.. but things change.. and maybe the better player dosent mean that its the most fitting membar to GN'R.

Well thats the price of being famous rock star..

someone here made a post saying its easy being a rock star, i think that the fact he cant really do this simple stuff like regaler ppl, shows its not that easy.

Im sure he knows where and when to go, but still its the same.

Im not saying poor misrable Axl cant go to a coffe without being bothered, I mean maybe he cant but he can buy a whole coffe shop instead.
