I've been listening to Dirty deeds done dirt cheap a lot lately. What a great album, I just love songs like Roller and There's Gonna Be Some Rockin' Classic rock n roll

does anyone has the Stiff upper lip dvd?? If so, I want to know more about the quality of the image because Donnington wasn't too good (it was filmed in 35mm, can't blame them) and what about the sound?? In the Donnington DVD they re-worked too much in the sound that sometimes Angus's fingers don't match when he's playing the guitar and Brian's vocal seem really fake

yep. there were some donnington overdubs, although only on the DVD. For some reason, in both sound and video quality, the video cassette is better than the DVD and also doesnt have the weird overdubs.

I described all the DVDs in detail in a previous post. Stiff Upper Lip Live is the best. Image: fantastic. Sound: friggen awesome. Overdubs?: No.

The Beatles have some heavy stuff too. Check out 'Helter Skelter' , it's a very heavy song and it 'inspired' Charles Manson to commit all those murders

I've tried hard to but i just can't get into their music. I think its ruined badly by Brian's annoying voice and the fact their music sounds to rednecky.

Try some of Bon's era albums then, like Highway to Hell and Dirty deeds done dirt cheap (damn I hate writing the whole thing )

Personally I like Bon Scott voice better. Brian's voice is really annoying in the late albums like Ballbreaker and Razors Edge but still, I think Ac/dc rules

My top three albums are Highway to Hell, Back in Black and The razors edge (followed close by Dirty Deeds) I also own the LIve at Donnigton DVD and it's awesome.

My fav songs are Highway to Hell,Shot down if flames, Hells Bells, Shoot to thrill,Thunderstruck, Fire your guns,TNT, man... to be honest I like almost all of their songs, they really kick ass!!

I don't think Love Metal is that bad really, check out "Funeral of Hearts", "The Sacrament" and "Buried alive by Love", those songs rock

Razorblade romance is their best album IMO but I've been listening Deep shadown and brilliant highlights lately and it's growing on me, great album. :devil:
