I can feel another AXL statement coming out about how there was never a tour, no one told him about a tour etc.........

Again this is what happens when u have a dictatorship in a supposed band ( do as i say not as i do ) as someone already stated on here GNR hired hands will be getting paid to turn up - whether or not AXL shows up is another story, and a sad one at that.

How long does it take to update your twitter, delete an old entry, communicate a little bit - not too much to ask now is it?

3 minutes? this is why it was obviously axl, and the rest of gnr group or whatever has no idea whats going on, dont know what to say etc....it was hacked, nobody left the band, everything should be fine....plaahplaah.....

Eric, the admin here, got a call from the GN'R camp confirming it was on

DJ was with Axl at the time the tweet was posted on Axl's account

The cancellation was not confirmed on any other official GN'R page

Several media outlets have confirmed the tour is on, even going as far as to run retractions (i know the media is hardly reliable where GN;R is concerned..but for what it's worth..)

The Reading/Leeds organiers have confirmed the show is going on

yes that would be nice! I know the situation, and most probably tour is still on, but its just funny how mythical and weird every little thing turns out in GNR world....

I'm sure they could but my guess is that Axl's not bothering with Twitter anymore at this point. Would YOU keep posting after your account had been hacked?

I would make sure fans would know for 100% certainty it was BS, maybe using some other channel, like my bandmates and their twitter, my official web page etc, or even come here as dexter and explain what has happened, would take like 2 minutes. but why that has not happened? because it was axl all along, there`s nothing to explain.....tour is over. period.

Could there be anything more obvious than axl really wrote that thing? If it was not axl and just BS, we would know for 100% by now(in reality within an hour after it was in hes twitter).

I think most of us (close to stage) saw them at the pit-area between the audience and stage. /jarmo walked through very quickly, Del : same thing but Beta came and stayed little longer, hugged few people at the front row and shook my hand (i waved to her earlier and she waved back i personally don´t care or even understand what on earth people on GN`R-forums have against her?!?!? She seems like a really nice lady. Someone who looked very much like Fernando (can someone confirm was it him?) gave me (and others at he front) GN`R/BBF-plectrum, too
