Foo fighters have a limited style , they have barely evolvewd in style , there albums are all simlar in style and are very preditable , 2 hit singles and alod of mediocre filler.

Nikelback succesfully evolved from there first few albums to the last album wich btw has sold 7 million copys ,

I suggest u pick it up , it shows guitar creativty and btw , foo fighters and nickel back = same goal , appease there young fans , except nickelback is better at it.

If so ,im not surprised a band with the absic classic rock structure like FF are your favourite.

however my taste ranges alot of genres alot of diffrent sounds , so Ff to me is bland.

And airbourne arent plagarists , there music has an AC/DC touch , but you can still feel there own touch.

Thats a naive statement , Muse easily take them out from a "genious" stand , creatively muse has pushed the boundrys further , and there overall sound original , probably the best thing to have come out since AIC.

Do you really expect the listener to now that? , infact do you think it matters what equipment you use? , i wasnt tlaking about the sound , the "structure" and vocal structure are whats wrong , the riff isnt bad however the song as a whole has a messy unfocused structure.

Vocal arrangement is very bad , ruined the song , the song doesnt have a very strong structure , its quite messy.

Lol , thx , but no , im 17 , and im still holed in my room working on my Demo cd , gona be working on as many songa as possible for the ext 4-5 years.

do what i do , listen to mainstream radio , identify poeple's like's etc and then find a way to merge it to your style.

and if you guys are serious and really want to see your dream come to reality , pack your shit and go tour U.S / canada/U.k bars /clubs and try finding an agent. no other way .

The intro , the distortion on the intro is just wrong , have it be clean or slightly distroted , and yes it does sound quite dated , but with the right producer , mixer and distortion , u can achieve a modern sound .

Whats your band's situation? have you gone to labels? , have you hired a manager to pen a contract with a label? an agent?

Have the bass mimic the drums instead of the electric guitar , Bass and drums have a chemistry , they should be together , The chorus you kinda go into a mellow tone , instead why dont you change the song's arangement there to have a louder chorus , you need it to be rockin , upbeat ,energetic.

Its like a cross over betweeen 80's commerical popmetal and HIM modern rock...The chorus should be more outspoken ,cuz a hit single = sing along chorus , an example of a chorus you need to take as example would porbably be "I hate everything about you" by 3 days grace.
