  1. Yeah, of course they make sense when they are written by what seems to be a fourteen year old girl.

You mean like Kurt Cobain's lyrics?

    ''I'm stupid and contagious''

    Hey, Miser.

    oh shit, is it him?

    it is him!

  2. estranged 16: the documentary and doctor's advocate are both great. lax was straight.

yeah the documentary and LAX are my favorites. if anyone is interested, give The Documentary a listen

  3. lil' wayne: top five of all-time.

    not yet..

i can feel that. he still hasn't released an album i'd consider classic. c2 was close.

but da drought 3 and dedication 2 are some of the best mixtapes the game has seen.

dedication 3 was awful, though. hopefully he bounces back from that.

yeah, i feel the same. his mixtapes kill his studio albums. i remember a few years ago, i knew and liked lil wayne based off his mixtapes and no one i knew didn't even know who he was, and now a few years later everyone loves him mainly because of 'lollipop' he has a lot more songs that are better than that

  4. rap music is awesome. before i ever even gave rock a chance, i listened to all rap basically. many people here blow it off and don't give it the time of day for stupid reasons- they think soulja boy and people like him represent rap which is wrong. they'd be surprised at what they heard if they give it a chance

  5. Ive never bought anything from a hot topic store, but I dont care what the workers look like. All I know is that they dont follow me around in those stores or ask me a bunch of questions about what im looking for.

I cant believe how some of you say "the workers scare me"...

 how about you take a joke? my god

  6. Say what you will, but you have to give it up to a band that has endured the test of time..which Oasis has. Sure, there's been some lineup changes, but they've kept on with a good product.

No disrespect to Nirvana. They did what they did for those few years.

 no disrespect but what are you talking about? oasis didn't 'stand the test of time' because they've been around longer. that's a ridiculous argument considering we all know why nirvana came to an end. nirvana's music has stood the test of time and still has. im sure more people know kurt cobain than noel gallagher. or 'smells like teen spirit' more than 'wonderwall'.

Thank you for your comments. Oasis is far more popular worldwide than in the US, and has been for some time.

..you're welcome? like i said, that is not a fair argument considering nirvana isn't together anymore since their frontman died. nirvana was huge at their peak. they've also had a much bigger impact on music than oasis ever could. had nirvana stayed together, i would bet that they would be 10x bigger than oasis, US and worldwide

You are thinking in terms of the US alone. Oasis reformed Britpop just as Nirvana killed the hair bands. I realize Cobain died. I don't know if Nirvana was bigger at their peak. Oasis played two 250K concerts back to back in two nights in England. I don't know if Nirvana touched that at their peak.

I'm not hating on Nirvana, I like their music. All I was saying is I respect Oasis for putting out a quality product for 15+ years.

yeah i understand that but nirvana can't be compared to oasis in terms of quantity so i don't understand what you're getting at with that
