The " 720 degree twirl" happens at 0.38

In the online version of the journal Biology Letters Sept. 8, the researchers suggest these "twirl" dance movements could be signs of male health and stability , vigor or strength that men would find hard to fake. Neave said they have preliminary data to show that better dancers who can complete 720 degree twirls are also healthierand are more attractive, and they are exploring these ideas in current research studies.

I have to say its a bloody good twirl and Id quite like to see it again, im hoping Axl will start including it in his lexicon of dance moves- such as the "shuffle" "the brownstone swing" and "reverese midget kick"

Personally i'm not gonna bother queuing - the gig is also a school reunion so we'll prolly have a few beers and head in around 9.00.

Depends if you want to be close to the front I guess - six-ish if you want front row I reckon!

Already got myself some standing tickets, but just thought i'd check how they were selling, and got offered two seats on the 5th row, block 102 !!

A bit strange...

They usually keep tickets back for guest list/comps etc. They then put any left overs back on sale. This is probably those tickets.

Me too for the ticket please. I'll forgive the Dublin debacle :xmasssanta: I actually sent Ron a message a couple months back about this - he replied saying no plans as yet (understandably). My pal works for one of the Universal offshoots and have asked him to key an ear to the ground but he's flaky at best.

You can do it with UStream app but really need to have wifi connection to make it worthwhile. You'd be better off taking 720p clips instead and upping them afterwards.

I'm reeling from the shock that Ron isn't actually from Mexico.

I won't bother adding much to what has already been said by Ron, Conor and others who were also at the show, who have summed up my sentiments precisely. Just to say that the band were terrific and I too was thinking that they could go it without Axl - would be very interesting. Despite Axl's piss poor behaviour, there were a couple of positives on the night; when the O2 cleared me and my mates went from row 50 to 2nd or 3rd row for the rest of the gig - we also got 2 of Bumblefoot's picks.

It's a shitter that the people who left aren't gonna get a refund. I would advise speaking to your credit card company if you payed by credit card as they sometimes will refund you and take up the dispute on your behalf.

I was thinking for the rest of the tour they could construct a perspex screen that runs the whole length of the stage to protect Axl and the band from all those plastic missiles. Failing that Axl could just geta pope-mobile for the show or a similar screen attached to a Segway or something.

For anybody that cares, I will post my version of events tomorrow having just got off the flight back from Dublin.

I will give you a taste of my feelings 24 hours later: I've had a great day out at Dublin Zoo where I was pushed around in a wheelchair as I couldn't stand due to the condition of my hands after supporting my body weight on crutches from 7 until just before Madagascar where my body gave up on me.

MCD about to make a statement on Irish tv. I was also there last night having travelled from Bristol with mates. Will post thoughts later and I have quite a bit of footage of the gig and drama. Axl only came back on to fulfil his contractual obligations not to put on a show. Real shame he lots many fans last night.
