I've been a fan of this band since Appetite came out.   A good friend of mine who was stationed at 29 Palms,  Cali.  introduced me to them as he saw them live in the LA Clubs before they were big.

There was a time, not long ago, that I never thought I would get a chance to see them (the Big 3 together) live again (I saw them live 4 times in the late 80s early 90s).  Life is too short, and I can certainly afford the tickets without sacrificing my grocery money. So I will go see them ANYTIME they are within reasonable distance of my area.

There are far too many bands I never got I chance to see, thinking that I'll always have time...Prince, MJ, Aerosmith only once thus far, just to name a few.

Just saying, again, life is short and you never know what may happen, or if you'll ever get the chance to see them again.

I missed the Joshua tree anniversary tour but not too upset because U2 have a few tours left in them. I missed out on last Aerosmith but what sucked the most was missing out on Elton John twice in Australia.

Yeah ? That sounds like a really favourable read Sledge!   I hope you laughed while you were creating it. You found their personalities, easy to write? Script / Flow sounds so inspiring  can hear it already|!

Little seeds of funny little inspiration like that stick with you and can pop up again in future writing.

I need to read that ...like now.  Oh , so you are a pro- writer now? ...see these guys are magical , The influence  !Such a fantastic reply haha

At the time it was sketch comedy inspiration from just before CD was released. Seb was in interviews talking up the album, being on it and hanging with axl like a loony tune character and axl was mellow. Heighten the juxtaposition is good comedy.

    Of course it will

It will be a patch work stiched together nightmare of slash destroying solos by Buckethead and Fortus and Fink, with an awful mix, but at least ol Huge will get a pay day out of it.

And maybe it will make any unreleased versions people may have of the songs worth less and they will leak lol

My only point is the songs exist

Yeah songs exist I was just playing with Bigfoot references and the senses.

Honestly I don't care either way how future releases are. However I will say it's inaccurate to say Slash destroys solos. He just records new ones

    This has been discussed before.

No, Axl's publishing deal doesn't seem to be related to the release of music or lack there off. Also, Sanctuary, including Axl's deal, was bought out by Universal in 2007, so Universal has co-owned Axl's publishing since then and we don't know the current status of the deal.

Yeah and if Axl was afraid to release new music he could say "Well I want to but the lawyers won't let me".

Over two decades I've read sooo many theories about lack of music. Expectations are based on standards. You can't complain about unfulfilled expectations if standards weren't there in the first place.
