    Little Dancer lyrics

    You're a loner,

    Without a song.

    Little dancer,

    I've done you wrong,

Too late to see the light of day.

I wish I could tell you how I saw it

    I'm a stoner, and I won't admit it

and it tore me up to kill your sunny day

    Little dancer

    Out on your own

    In the desert, hmmm

    So far from home

    The walls are closin' in

Too late to see the light again

    Yeaaaaaaah!

I wish I could tell you how I saw it

    I'm a stoner, and I won't admit it

If I only knew how good I had it

And it tore me up, I never said...

    I was wrong

    I was wrong

    I was wrong

    I was wrong

    One, two, three, four!

    (Keri Kelli Guitar Solo)

    Yeaaaaaaah!

I wish I could tell you how I saw it

    I'm a stoner, and I won't admit it

If I only knew how good I had it

And it tore me up, I never said...

    I was wrong

    I was wrong

    I was wrong

    I was wrong

Will look at Stardog and Fading...

...no point in checking Hollywood and Draw The Line as Lyrics for these will be readily available elsewhere.

    Songs missing off here are...

99 and Empty from the earlier lineup.

And Alive from the final lineup.

Also there were two unreleased tracks Sadder Days and Keep Satisfied.

They were a great band. The band had some good musicians pass through it. Jizzy and Keri are legends.

  2. Okay let's look at that pre-chorus...

    ...currently you have:

    Loneliness
    (Lives on your grave)
Shit the way of my sanity

    (Save me)

But the second bit where is says 'Lives on your grave', is definitely wrong. Can't make out the correct phrase but it does not say that.

    Third line, should actually be:

    Chips away at my sanity.

  3. Update 19th February - now 100% correct.

    Suicide Lyrics

    I live for pain

I die forever in your arms

    It's all the same

You don't know how lucky you are

    My friends all say

"We'll rock n' roll until we die"

    I'll never change

    We are, reality gone wrong

    Loneliness

    (Made from your grave)

    Chips away at my sanity

    (Save me)

    They call me a suicide

I'm a bastard son of the century

    I should have died

    They call me a suicide

    I walk your way

    I am the devil's chaperone.

    I cannot stay

Walk hand in hand with the unknown

    It's all the same

Another life gone up in smoke

    I'll never change

    We are, reality gone wrong

    Loneliness

    (Made from your grave)

    Chips away at my sanity

    (Save me)

    Call me a suicide

I'm a bastard son of the century

    I should have died

    They call me a suicide

    I'll taunt you, berate you,

I'll hit you, haunt you, hate you

    I'm tongue-tied, I'm cyanide

I'll strip the skin from your hide

    (Keri Kelli Guitar Solo)

    Yeaaah, yeah...

    Loneliness

    (Made from your grave)

    Chips away at my sanity

    (Save me)

    Call me a suicide

I'm a bastard son of the century

    I should have died

    They call me a suicide

    Call me a suicide

    Call me a suicide

    Call me a suicide

    Call me a suicide

  4. Yeah what Stealmylife said...

...Hollywood is a Thin Lizzy Cover.

And to add to that, Draw The Line is and Aerosmith cover.

Can't look through everything right now, but what stands out straight away is that in the first song the lyrics posted are wrong in at least one part.

On there you have "I'm side-eyed." That is hilarious but completely incorrect. More in keeping with the dark tone of the song, the correct lyric there is "I'm Cyanide".

  7. Aerosmith are one of my all time favourite bands, but Sixes is entitled to his opinion just as everyone else.

Also he didn't say Bon Jovi were a better band he just said about the outside song writers thing and said Bon Jovi had a more mainstream appeal.

Both the things he said are true from what I have seen.

When Bon Jovi come over here to the UK they always headline their own massive stadium shows - and they come over like every two years pretty much.

Aerosmith rarely visit the UK and when they do so it is usually headlining one day of a three day festival.

same old go around or same old song and dance ah my friend?

    Well played, hahaha.

  8. I like Bon Jovi too...

I think a lot of their recent albums are mixed though. Really enjoyed Lost Highway - had a country rock vibe, was unusual. The album after that was not quite as memorable and I don't think I heard their most recent one. I saw them live (in 2007 I think).

You are right though Sixes, Bon Jovi are probably more popular with the masses - likely because they have a more pop rock/soft rock sound.

  9. Marc, if you had been around during the transitional period in which the Newer Lineups developed and had taken pictures and stuff...

...do you think you would have released a book based around that era?

I ask because that period of time is largely shrouded in mystery...

...I think it would be cool to hear their stories too. What do you think?

  10. As an Aerosmith fan, I find this particular album to be mixed for me...

I love Eat The Rich, it is probably my favourite song by them ever. Also, I think Flesh is an excellent song too. But aside from those two songs, I rarely listen to the album in it's entirety. Obviously it has soem of their big ballad mainstream hits too, and those are decent enough.

I think Pump is a better album.

Also, read above that someone said Music From Another Dimension is disappointing? I completely disagree, it has some excellent tracks on it. Street Jesus, Legendary Child, Lover Alot, and Out Go The Lights, are all awesome, and again it has some good ballads, such as What Could Have Been Love and Can't Stop Lovin' You.

That being said, the track Devil's Got A New Disguise, is better and that was a song released as an extra track on the Best Of compilation which was named after it. But then I prefer their sleazier tracks to be honest.

Also, anyone else love their Blues covers album - Honkin' On Bobo? I think it is a solid effort, some great renditions.

  11. They've never really made a bad album....that usually will cue someone to say One Hot Minute, but that album is incredibly underrated....except for the song Pea, that just sucks.

The only body of songs that I was disappointed with are the I'm Beside You singles

I love OHM. It's a dark realm that RHCP never really explored and perhaps couldn't without Navarro.

Mother's Milk lacks soul to me.

One Hot Minute is my favourite album by them, and my favourite songs by them are from the period when Navarro was in the band.

My favourite track by them is the cover from the Beavis And Butthead Movie Soundtrack - Love Rollercoaster.

  12. A copy exactly like the one pictured in this thread, sold just before the other one that has been linked to. Though both are visually differnet I thin they are both legit. Both versions were sold by the same seller too I believe.

Whoever buys it, please make a digital copy.

This is available digitally - just not officially.

I think buying it would be for the purpose of owning an original.

I have it burned on to a disc, I downloaded it a few years back, I would assume it came from one of these promo discs.

Where? The only copies I've found so far are 128kbps and 256kbps versions. The former actually sounds like a 64kbps record, the latter is unlistenable due to skips or micro pauses in tracks 2, 10, 11, 12, 13. So it's not really an option either. I don't think that it's that hard to make a 320kbps copy and share it with fellow fans (it won't take more than 5 minutes, but it will be appreciated for years to come). It won't make an original less original. :)

Whoever buys it, please make a digital copy.

The digital copies are out there and fairly easy to find. I think I have it on some harddrive somewhere.

I haven't been as lucky, it seems.

I can rip my burned copy if you want? Don't know what quality the original digital files were, but I can rip at 320kbps and then you can decide if it meets your listening standards/requirements...

  13. I own a Master System, Mega Drive, Mega CD, 32X, Saturn, Dreamcast and did have a Gamecube (got rid of gamecube when I got the Wii - since the Wii played gamecube games).

These generations of consoles were the best, SEGA consoles galore. I am a die hard SEGA fan. Particularly of Sonic The Hedgehog.

Master System was my first console - great games like Alex Kidd, Sonic (8 bit versions), Cool Spot, Shinobi, Moonwalker, Rampage, Psycho Fox,.

Mega Drive - Sonic, Mortal Kombat 3, Street Fighter 2, Streets Of Rage, Golden Axe, Dynamite Headdy, Bonanza Bros,

Saturn - Sonic, Virtua Fighter, Virtua Cop, Daytona USA, NiGHTS, SEGA Rally, Gex

Dreamcast - Sonic, Soul calibur, Dead or Alive, Hydro Thunder, Quake 3, Power Stone, House Of The Dead 2

    All good times.

  15. 20mins walk in morning, 60mins train journey, 10mins bus, then like 5mins walk.

    On the way home...

5mins walk, 10mins bus, 50mins train, and either a 20mins walk back home or more often I get a lift off my dad, which takes likes five mins from local train station to the house.

  16. I have heard reports that Slash is a bit, wankerish, around autograph hunters - a bit like a few cricketers I know! Who was the nicest of Guns N' Roses when you got it signed?

All the others were really cool about it.

Steven has been nice both times I met him. Not sure if he was drunk, but he was cool anyways.

Duff n Matt were cool at Velvet Revolver meet n greet, both very happy etc. Slash was overall pretty cool too, but he just wasn't happy bout the jacket. He seemed a bit uncomfortable though, maybe he isn't into to the whole meeting fans thing, he signed my girlfriend's back though, and she got it tattooed later on. She also asked him for a hug and he gave her a hug.

Met Duff again with Loaded and I got him to sign a Drunk Fux shirt that I purchased off ebay a few years ago.

Gilby is really cool, he was impressed that I had gathered the signatures of each of the others and seemed really pleased to be signing it.

All of them were friendly really, just that Slash made that comment bout the jacket. Lol

Also met Dizzy, Bumble, DJ at GN'R meet n greet, they were all really friendly too.

UPDATE: have been asked if I have the bandana that originally came with this. Answer to that is YES.
