Lyrically, I think Barnes might be one of the best there is. Listen to the words on this song for crying out loud, easily there best

I'm sure alot of what they do is for shock, they get weirder with every release, but I think its cool to watch them progress throughout there career. As much as I hate comparing bands to the Beatles, I think that they are partially justified in deserving that comparison.

This band is pretty awesome, but extremely out there. Kevin Barnes is an absolute nut but he writes some awesome songs. They recently released a new album called "False Priest," I haven't heard it yet as I am still discovering there discog. "Hissing Fauna, Are You The Destroyer?" is easily there best album.

Anyone like these guys? Even heard of them? Or are they "Too gay" for mygnr?

What gets me though is fucking asshole Radiohead fans who say to me I´m a slave to top 40 pop music cause Pablo, Bends and OK are my three favorite Radiohead albums. Honestly Radiohead fans as a group tend to be the most elitist and arrogant music fans out there.

Couldn't agree more. The hardcore fans of RH are insane pricks. I lurk on a RH board and those people are absolutely insane. I personally really love everything RH did, but it took me FOREVER to like it, and thats why I understand when people don't like them.

And The Bends is a kick ass album
