  1. nope neither of those, loving the grenade one tho! never seen that before.

The wallet i'm loking for is dark grey with a red skull, possibly the skull with the 'G' and 'R' as eyes like the Euro Chin Dem tour shirt.

You can see it on this link, hanging right of centre @ $30

  2. During the 2010 dates someone posted a pic of the shirts from the Euro leg as well as a pictture of a really nice wallet on a chain that was red/grey/black and featured a skull/GN'R logo on the front. I was hoping to get one at the UK shows later in the tour but unfortunately there were none on sale. I've been trying to source one ever since but no luck....

I'd kinda given up until MSL posted the pics from the US merch stand, and I'm sure that wallet is there(too blury to tell for sure)? Can anyone confirm?

If so, would anyone going to the US shows be willing to pick me up a couple (one for daily use, one for the collection!!!), i'll even buy you one too if you like! (payment via paypal)

Hope someone can help - I really want one of these awsome wallets!!

  3. agreed the new vid and Rio are similar, but Rio wasn't all as bad as the sum of the biggest low points. The show was blighted with technical issues caused by the rain, but if it hadn't been pissing it down and if it hadn't been the first show then I'm guessing it would have been pretty good. The crowd seemed to enjoy the sing along too.

  7. I agree its not that bad, love 1985 and Cardiff Afterlife. Seen them at the Colston hall,Bristol on that tour, faster was fooookin insane that night!

Picking the perfect 10 manics songs is impossible as there are just too many, and they kinda reflect my mood i.e. sometimes i wanna hear the genius biting Richie tunes, and sometimes i wanna hear the beautifully reflective nicky tunes.

In some ways i think its best summed up by saying Journal is my fave album for the former(biting) where as tigers is my favorite album for the later (reflective).

Again, its amazing to say that about two such recent albums, baring in mind it was gen-ter,gold & bible that git me in to them in the first place!.

Listening to postcards now - amazing album. Only album i'm not overly keen on is TIMTTMY, tho the Everlasting is one of my fave Manic songs lol.

  8. Can't believe i've only just discovered there is a Manics post in this forum!!!!!!!!!!! Love this band to death.

Been a fan since about 93/94 and happy to say that my favorite albums are actuallly the last three, with Tigers just about taking the crown. Never thought i'd be saying that during the lifeblood era!

An amazing ruturnto for for such a hard working band.

    Amazing live too.

  9. Do you mean the white marks that represent the reflective light in the spag sauce? if so then its difficult to achieve this effect on a printed t-shirt, i dont think it has anything to do with the condition, its just the way its meant to be?
