well, its pretty much established that a GnR show can start at any time after the time on the ticket. You know this, so its either worth to you to go, or not.

With Axl sounding as great as he has lately, and the band performing as tight as ever, I'll take the wait.

I just think he hadn't been using it. Ever since 2006, Axl has been a lot more active and been touring and performing regularly. Right now he is as good as he's ever been.

So, GNR playing concerts around the world for xxxxxx $. GNR playing a concert in Moscow for yyyyyyy $. What's the difference??

Because they simply played in Moscow for the big money; their were no 'fans'.

They flew all the way to Moscow for a simple private gig, where the earn more than 2 times the money the earn with a big concert and had only a few expendatures to cover: no big stage, no big crew, no pyro.

Cause if Slash did it; people would call him a sell-out. And now some fucking morons are defending GN'R for doing this and simple call it a 'gig'.

I understand Axl and the band wanting to give the best performance possible. If you are at a GnR show, those are your plans for the night. Late starts are the least of my worries and I don't buy into the whole 'building up momentum thing' while I just think Axl needs to be in the right state of mind so that he can go out there and do his best.

Who cares about these politics. We are all human beings who all deserve a chance to see GnR while they are in their prime.

frankly, i'm sick of seeing topics about this guy and some fantasy 'reunion' that isn't happening. lets be happy with what we have, and if not, perhaps find another band to follow on the internets. life is too short to waste time and worry about this nonsense.

Please dear fucking GOD don't let them release CD era music and call it a "new" album. If Axl releases an album consisting of 12 year old songs, I'm gonna be mighty pissed off. If they release a new album, I want it to be fresh and relevant and I want it to come from THIS band....not a band that doesn't exist anymore.

Considering the amount of material GnR has released in the last 10-15 years, you'd think we as fans will take what we can get. I don't care when it was written, who wrote it, as long as its good. Good music is good music, and if its music we don't have yet, why be picky?

I'm happy with the way the band has evolved over the years, no reason not to be.

I agree the current lineup is probably the most solid touring lineup yet. The Finck/Buckethead version in 2002 might have been a better band, but Axl wasn't in the same form he is today.
