It was nice to live in hope for a little while... but I think most of us knew this would happen... this is Guns N' Roses.
It's not GNR, this is just corporate garbage.

GNR was more than just Axl, Slash and Duff, they were only 3/5 of the band.
That's how it is, nobody is going to change that.

I'd only be interested in seeing GNR because of Axl, Duff, and Slash.
And I think Fortus kinda looks like Izzy.
Current "band" has little to do with what GNR used to be.

The only thing that would raise my interest is the original line-up playing some shows to celebrate the AFD anniversary.....
I can't care less about more shows with Ferrer, Fortus and Melissa Reese, honestly. Who are those people anyway?

they arent ever reverting back to arena.. either new album stadium tour, or AFD5 stadium tour or co headlining stadium tour...
Isn't the weather too cold for playing stadiums in november ?

Would not be surprised with an Aerosmith/GNR tour. Kat (GNR's photographer) is touring with Aerosmith right now, shooting them, so that may be a hint.
that would be so exciting... NOT

Reading a little less into it now, that whole promo is advertising the Nitl tour... pretty sure now that it's just more dates....
of course, it's just more dates.
but I'm starting to wonder whether those new shows in LA will take place in july or in october.
it should be in july for the afd anniversary. but who knows.

probably a new album, maybe even a double album.

Brain was GNR's best drummer, with Adler, arguably almost as good. Frank, obviously isn't as good as any of the previous drummers, it's not even debatable. Would much rather see Adler with this current incarnation of the band.
Brain wasn't good at playing GNR songs.

Ron Thal was a hired member of Axl's solo project, also called Guns N Roses. FACT.
Ron Thal was never a member of the band Guns N Roses. FACT.
Well said.
BBF is irrelevant.

Wow. He finally cracked the code of the video. Thank you for enlightening us
There's nothing to crack, it's crystal clear, you just have to watch the video without wishful thinking.

Hey guys, take a look at the latest video again... You'll see that it has nothing to do with new music.
The video just implies that they're coming back where it all started : the LA clubs.
It's as simple as that.

This hate against Fortus, Frank and Melissa is getting really boring.
Sorry, but they don't bring anything positive to the band.

I think they meant it more broadly, that it's LA overall, not a specific place. Just that the band will be back in LA this summer. And what about the Whisky? They havent played there since 1988
Did you see who's playing at the Whisky on July 21st ?

Club shows in July, without any kind of doubt.
And maybe something more, who knows.

The problem for any Mozart biographer is dealing with the composer's juvenile scatological humour. You are writing this high-brow tome about an absolute genius, a genius who transports you to heaven and back through his music, and wade through his letters trying to discover the person and are left with a man who liked fart gags!
Elias tries to give an explanation to that scatological humor. It's all a matter of context, this kind of humor was normal back then. But it was also a symptom of Mozart's rebellion against the very strict social hierarchy.
