Why are we comparing Guns N' Roses to AC/DC?

AC/DC don't have to do anything else than show up and play their biggest hits. It's the original members. (I know there have been changes in the past, but we are back to the original lineup - and have been for almost 20 years)

The fact is, that nobody would be talking about Guns N' Roses anymore if there weren't any drama.

I'm not sure how to feel about this.. Of course I hope they show up.. and on time too for a change..

But it's just.. If they do, Axl & co. will look embarrassingly stupid because of what they said after the Reading-show. ("We will NOT be at Leeds")

I think Axl just overreacted there (again), but it makes this a lose-lose

I don't like the idea of a remix album..

I would love a new album with new songs, but I don't think we will ever see a new GNR album.

I don't really get why it is important for people to film the concerts..

For me it is much more important to have a great time, sing along to the songs together with my friends etc..

Sure I filmed a song at the concert I was to this summer, but that was only to have some kind of film as a memory in the future

I just think You will have more fun, not thinking about filming songs..

Seeing as I'm both an Axl and DJ fan, it was just even more amazing seeing them both. I stood right in front of the stage and got to see everything so close. Axl was in such a great mood and DJ pointed to me when he saw I wore a t-shirt with his picture on it. It was easily the best day of my life.

Oh yeah, and I got to hug DJ when he jumped down from stage to play his solo during Nighttrain and went over to where I was standing.

I remember that! You're the girl who was in the front of the line outside, right? I was right behind you, but choosed the left side with Ron/Richard in Aalborg, instead of the DJ side..

And for me, all the shows I've been to are great memories. Bergen, as it was the first time I saw them. Oslo, especially as I met the band later. And Aalborg was the best show by far, the band was SO great you've no idea, if you weren't there of course. They were also fantastic in Helsinki. But I didn't see a shit because I stood a bit further back, and I'm not very tall. So in the beginning I was crying and couldn't even breath.. yeah.. I think it came as a shock to me, to don't have front row

you're right, the Aalborg concert was amazing, the best show I've ever seen. You're so lucky you got to meet Axl and co. I met Ron only, which was cool though, he was super nice.

I agree with You two about the Aalborg concert... It was an amazing show.. I don't care about meeting the guys, hugging Dj etc.. But I suppose that is because I'm not a girl

It is the only Guns concert I've ever been to (not the last one though), so can't really compare it to anything

I wonder if they will not induct GNR just because of what happened when Van Halen was inducted. If GNR is not reunited then they may pass thinking of how badly the induction could go. Then again it probably could be good tv even if it goes badly.
