As for the microphone that is thrown into the crowed.. Last year I met someone that worked security for the band from 88-95, his name is Ron Stalnaker. He explained that security always retrieved the mic from the crowd. They themselves would carry a mic into the crowd so if they didn't see who caught it they can tell by the feedback if they're getting close to who has it. I was on the side of the stage in 2011 for their show in Seattle. I saw that Axl does switch mics right before the last song. Hope this clears up some question!

That said, there are people, myself included, that had absolutely no beef from any security with the microphone. I caught it, put it under my shirt and walked out!

When I got it, the security man gave me a fist bump and congratulated me.

I bought it for 20 and also bought Chi Dem vinyl(my old was signed and framed) and the Chi Dem/Shackler's Revenge vinyl single

The listed price for the 3 cd is €25, the third cd is the November Rain single, but it has the same picture as the vinyl on it, it is apparently much more rare, than the other version...

Today I found out about the Road To Illusion limited edition box set... And apparently there are 2 different versions, the one with 2 cd + vinyl and the one with 3 CDs. Apparently the one with 3 CDs is much rarer.

I can buy both... I can pick the 3 cd one up way cheaper, because the owner doesn't know what he has...

Do you guys know about how much they are worth??

My dad would play some GN'R songs at times, November Rain, Welcome to the jungle, etc.. I liked WTTJ a lot and when I found out that the it was in GH III and also slash, I bought it loved it, played WTTJ over and over. In I think late 2008 or early 2009 I downloaded all the GN'R albums and loved it! I would play them over and over. I started to research the band, Loved the attitude of the band, but never really cared that the classic line up did not exist. when I heard they were coming to the Netherlands in 2010, I obviously went, loved it and made me even a bigger fan. It got crazy from there on out. Started collection stuff, I almost have the entire GN'R Record collection (LLAS, both AFD covers, both Lies covers, UYI 1+2, SI, Chi Dem) I only need the Live Era record, but can't find anywhere (anyone want to sell his?), went again to a show in 2012, Axl gave me his Mic, met Bumble, Richard, Dizzy and Frank and they signed my Chi Dem record.

Where was this gig? Anyone know?
