    how long did it take you guys to get your username/password email?

    I got mine straight away check your junk mail

    checked and its not there either..

    I paid for mine with pay pal so i got an email from them at the same time i got 1 from the site

    me too n i only got the paypal one.

    emailed the company tho, hopefully will get something in time

    Thank you, it's not perfect but it does enough for what I want. But how to convert the video to just music to play in a normal cd player? :shocked:

    iclips is giving me a refund on the Dec. 30th show

    Got no problem at all with iClips. Live streaming an event online is a tricky business, this isn't TV. Sure, it wasn't too great streaming live so i watched the archive. For a few bucks I got a proshot GNR show. I'd rather encourage future endeavours than piss and moan about getting a proshot live show in reasonable quality for a bargain price. All you guys are showing them is that trying to include fans worldwide is more hassle than it's worth. Bet you anything they won't do live streams in future.
