    I can't believe some people are so passionately *against* his '11 voice. There are 2 alternatives: he either goes on full rasp and gargled razors, and proceeds to probably blow out or at least damage his voice, or he just doesn't perform at all. Axl at his worst is STILL Axl Rose. Years and years and years of silence and shit, and then he performs and "oh, he's not using enough rasp on 'You Could Be Mine'". Give me a break...

    I'm surprised he's allowed to post here at all. I'm surprised, and quite frankly ashamed that the rest of you guys let him prance around here unchecked.

    I'm not a mod and I never want to be one. I don't give a fuck about who prances around here unchecked. I don't like to see perfectly good threads being closed. Take it to PMs if you want to bitch at him.

    But he has been mentioned to have had contacts as early as 1986? Surely there should be some pictures? (unless his eye-sight isn't that bad so he can go without them)

    Yeah, he wears contact lenses since the 80's (I guess)

    Wow, this thread is filled with a whole lot of gibberish so far. I'm sorry to break this news to some forum members who hadn't heard, but Duff McKagan left Guns n' Roses in 1997. As a result, you will from time to time see him referred to as a former member of Guns n' Roses. Ron Thal is currently ("current", as in, like, right now) in the band. That is why you will sometimes see him referred to as a member of the band.

    They appear to be on friendly terms, and are smart guys. (Unlike a few posters around here). The only thing "wrong" here is the bizarre reaction of a few weirdos on a message board who don't get this simple concept.

    Some of you people got to let it go.

    I did it a long time ago, but don't you think it's funny that Duff McKagan itroduces someone other as a member of Guns N' Roses, FUCK what the contracts says GNR isn't Axl. And I know what are you going to say next, Duff isn't a member and Bumblefoot is, shure it's ok, but where does it end? I respect and love the new lineup but I will always pick Izzy, Axl Duff n Slash(Dizzy Mat or Steven) over Axl,Fortus, Bumble, DJ, Frank, Pitman, T.S., Dizzy, Beta, Fernando.

    For GOD sake, move on!

    This is rare indeed to see him out and about. How does that person know that Axl's friend took the picture?

    I hope he doesn't fade from the public eye after the successful tour. He did that last year and it was way too long. A lot of people didn't know he was touring until they saw The Eddie Trunk TMS interview. I wish he'd keep up the positive momentum this tour gave them and not just for him bout for the band also and do some more interviews talking about his views on the tour. But this is Axl we're talking about and we prob won't hear from him til HOF, sadly.

    Cause the guy who posted the picture on Twitter is friends with GNR members and crew/employees. It was also him who posted the picture of Axl, Fernando and some other people sitting on the couch at Axl's home at christmas time.

    Missed the Christmas picture, can anyone post it??

    What?! That was a comedy bit. That was classic ginger fury. Those red-heads, man, watch out.

    Also Axl was totally justified in being the arbiter of karmic justice for Madison. She deserved it. He just gave it the ol' Axl message board flare, and y'know, people are so fuckin sensitive these days. lulz.

    As for what Axl did to her that day, I believe the word that the cool kidz on the interwebz say is "pwned." If Axl's ownage of her that day was a first person shooter video game, he would be teabagging her too in the virtual world. All lame video game meme humor aside, he wasn't a jerk: she was a bitch. *rimshot*

    There is a bit of hypocrisy however, not with your post, but how the situation was handled. Put it this way, if any other forum member spoke the way Axl did to another forum member, they would have been banned immediately.

    But he's not another forum member, he's Axl fucking Rose the main reason we have this board
