  1. Slash said this about BM:

"I've heard these guys - they're the most exciting thing that I'd seen recently. 'Cause they have a look, and they're girls."

Directly asked if he'd play a show with Babymetal, Slash replied, "Yeah, sure. I mean that's its own thing. But, I mean you know, all these artists are really established in what they do. In other words, they sound really good and very professional."

To me the Illusions can be classified as classic rock while CD, well, not so much. Whatever it is, it's another genre. To me it's not even the natural progression or the next step. It's easily 5 steps above.

Well it is also fifteen years later, in the age of computers and digital recordings. Different times different musicians. You can't produce old classic rock with Buckethead, Robin Finck, Brian Mantya or Chris Pitman.

Before NITL: NuGN'R sucks! Bring back Slash! We want reunion!

When NITL: It's a cash grab tour!!!!! Slash N' Duff just wanted the money!!!!

I liked the old line-up enough to trust Axl's creativity. I wanted the new album Axl worked on for so many years, in the same vein as Chinese Democracy. I wanted more Buckethead, more Robin Finck and why not Bumblefoot. Didn't really care about the reunion thing. But Axl was broke with no album deals.

NITL is the definition of a cash grab tour, give the fans what they want which is Slash and Axl performing the oldies Sweet Child O' Mine and November Rain with the same line-up aka NuGnR and same setlist with no future plans. We're again stuck in the abyss which is the non-stop chinese democracy tour experience.

    At least we got Axl/DC.

I'm fairly confident they'll make first place with it looking like North America, Australia, Japan & European dates to take them up until late 2017.

Naah. They need to do at least 150 shows with the same numbers ($5.5m). This year I think they did 50 shows, starting in April. Roughly in 2017, they're expecting to do between 50 and 70 shows. It just depends on how many shows they will do in 2018, and also if they can still hit stadiums again in Europe and US.

Wouldn't doubt if we get a greatest hits cd with 2-3 new tracks. Seems more responsible then a whole new album. Wasn't it rumored earlier in the year that Slash was laying down tracks for a new song?

For a big nostalgia act as Guns N' Roses a new greatest hits or 'best of' would be the next logical step. Axl Rose Family Company and his label could make life more profitable out of Sweet Child O' Mine and November Rain again, and also a great opportunity to hit the mainstream with This I Love and Better.

At this point, it would be quite ballsy to come out with two new songs and call it as good as classics like Patience or Estranged. However you could say that half the Greatest Hits album were covers.

Slash laid down a solo for Atlas Shrugged and a D chord somewhere, a professional wrestler said that.
