A new document was filed this afternoon. It is an agreement between both sides to extend Kennedy's time to file an opposition to Axll's 's motion to dismiss to May 9th. Axl has to file his reply to Kennedy's opposition by May 15th. The return date for the motion is extended to May 16th.

Really unprofessional to leave important court documents taped to a outside gate without something to protect them from the weather(rain)

It was a conference between the attorneys and a judge to determine if Axl is declared served or not. The result of the conference hasn't been filed yet. They wanted the issue resolved before Axl's depo which I assume will still take place( unless something comes up to change it) Friday of next week.

The preliminary conference was held today I just seen. Don't know what the result was.

Man I sure didn't intend to start this stuff. I don't give a rip what Axl does at his own home. He doesn't deserve his privacy to be invaded like that.

Well he stopped throwng his mirophone out into the audience due to a woman getting hurt so I guess he figured he'd toss out bandaids instead as they don't hurt anyone.

The preliminary conference hasn't taken place yet. It was supposed to take place within 45 days aftert the request was filed back on Feb 27th as I have read. Those 45 days were up this past Friday. 🤷

Don't know why they haven't asked Axll's attorney's to be served on his behalf. Steven Tyler authorized his attorney's to be served on his behalf in the Julie Bellino case in NY that was dismissed recently

Kennedy's lawyers attempted to serve Axl.for the seventh time on March 4th but instead of serving Axl they substitute served.someone who works for him a landscaper(s) or other worker. Tried to post a link to the document but posted the wrong ones. Sorry.

The latest is: Kennedy's attorneys want to question Axl.
