The most frustrating thing at the moment is the fact that the covers section is still in the set. I'd have hoped that'd have been dropped now that the Hollywood Vampires are touring. I have read about two rare solo era songs that are supposedly going to be worked into the set in the near future (spoiler tagged below) that'd be great to see.

They're just writing together from what I gather, no actual reunion. Great news, I thought all three tracks they did for W2MN were brilliant (loved the album too).
More generally speaking, I'm of the opinion that School's Out is one of the best albums of all time. Loads of variety, but it flows so perfectly. "My Stars" is one of my all time favourite songs too, I'd love to see that brought back to the setlist. I'd put the four album run of Love It to Death through Billion Dollar Babies up against any other four album run from anyone else.

Am I the only one having trouble finding this on Spotify?
I'm guessing they may not be available in your country. They're right there with all the other albums when I searched just now.

Saw him on the train from Manc Oxford Road to Lime St the other week. First time I've ever seen him in real life. Not as tall as I thought he'd be. No one else seemed to clock it was him. They were either being dead subtle or weren't aware they were in the presence of a living legend.

Tori Amos - iieee, Zero Point, I Can't See New York
I'd have gone for Little Earthquakes or Yes, Anastasia... maybe Datura. Don't really spend too much time amongst the Tori fanbase though.
Alice Cooper - for the group, either Halo of Flies or My Stars. Solo wise, probably Pass the Gun Around.
Metallica - Orion is revered by many fans. The Outlaw Torn and Bleeding Me are both pretty popular as well.

I agree with the above that the Brody story had dragged a bit. They had written themselves into a corner with him and couldn't really go any further. Although I think the show will miss the chemistry between him and Carrie, I think Carrie, Saul and Quinn are all interesting enough to carry the show.

Great band, both with and without Max. Saw them live earlier this year and they were really good. Andreas is one of my favourite guitar players. Roots is absolute dogshit though, and the first two with Derrick aren't much better. They've been pretty solid since though, and albums like Dante and The Mediator are pretty strong. Beneath the Remains will always be their pinnacle though.

I disagree with those saying Load. It's got a lot of great songs.
Alice Cooper - Dirty Diamonds > Along Came a Spider
Alice Cooper - From the Inside > Flush the Fashion
blink-182 - Enema of the State > Take Off Your Pants and Jacket

The Aerial set was a full album (it was 2 CDs), she threw this new song "Tawny Moon" into it, and there's 2 songs she didn't do from Hounds of Love. I doubt people were dying to hear "Big Sky".
I would've loved The Big Sky! it's my favourite Kate Bush song along with Love and Anger.
Anyway, I was at the show tonight. I somehow got front row dead centre. Good luck to anyone ever trying to top that show. I'm simply beyond words really. Incredible.
Towelie, did you get any merch? There were four members of staff trying to serve hundreds of people, and loads were paying by card and taking their time picking items, sizes etc. It was a right ballache. In the end I just gave the guy in front of me my money and asked him to get me the shirt I wanted.

Sonic Adventure 1 & 2, anyone? Oh, that's right...I'm apparently the only person in the world who owned a Dreamcast
I've got SA2 for the Cube, think I got around 130-140 emblems iirc. From then on it was getting A ranks and I found it pretty difficult, so I mostly just played that level where you're chasing the president as Tails, trying to beat my best time.
My brother had a Dreamcast though. I used to sit and watch him play both Shenmue games.

Bayonetta 2
Yoshi's Woolly World
Hopefully the new Zelda too, but we'll see.
Why? it's going to be epic and complex.
Sorry, meant in reference to release date. Not sure if it's confirmed for next year.

Off the top of my head:
Most of the Mario platformers except for Galaxy 2 (got 240 stars, can't be bothered with the last level) and some of the special worlds on the recent 2D platfomers/3D World.
Tomb Raider 1, 2, 3, TLR and Legend.
Donkey Kong Country 1 and 3. Could never do Animal Antics in the second game. Think I got everything in DK64 but never did the last boss.
Dino Crisis 1 and 2.
Resident Evil 1 (PS and GC) and 3. Never got any of the special stuff in RE2.
Yoshi's Island (SNES version)
Banjo Kazooie
Castlevania: Circle of the Moon (completed with all five different skill sets)
Zelda - original, ALTTP, LA, OOT, TWW, TP, ALBW. One heart piece from 100% in MM. Need to do boss run in SS. Still to complete 2 or MC, close to finishing the Oracle games.
Crash Bandicoot 1 and 2.
Hotel Dusk and Last Window.

Yoshi's Island on the SNES has been my favourite game since I first played it around the time of release.
Tomb Raider 2, Dino Crisis 2, Super Mario Bros 3 and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess make up the rest of my top five.

Estranged
November Rain
Sweet Child o' Mine
Rocket Queen
Nightrain
You Could Be Mine

Good cover but easily my least favourite off the album.

What was this show like? I love her music, but I think she's only played here in the UK once or twice at a festival. So far:
2014-02-09 - Maria Mena, Jurgen de Visser @ Oosterpoort, Groningen
Very good! I've seen her 4 times now. Her shows were very different though. Her earlier shows are like her earlier albums. Very fragile small songs. Fantastic though. Her new album has much more experimenting with electro-pop. I didnt like it much first, but it bles me away live. She is putting her older songs in more electro-pop arrangements too on her current tour. Very succesful imo, but different from the way you might know them. Definitely go see her if you can. Great yet modest performer and an amazing voice!
I see. Sounds interesting. I'd definitely like to see how she reinvents the older stuff. Mellow is my favourite album of hers. Might have to settle for youtube to see how she's doing them now. The more recent albums have been a bit patchy, but there's a lot of great songs too.
My gigs this year so far:
February 3rd - Less Than Jake/Reel Big Fish (Manchester)
February 5th - Sepultura (Manchester)
February 17th - Beth Nielsen Chapman (Liverpool)

The big one for me is Alice Cooper - Along Came a Spider. Alice really hyped up this album. The concept sounded good, but the execution was poor. Most of the songs were incredibly bland and lyrically it was well below the standard that Alice is capable of. The saving graces are Salvation and I Am the Spider, but they're both at the end of the album.
I really like Killed By Love from that album, thought Vengeance is Mine was pretty cool too.
With Bob Ezrin producing I had high hopes for it too.
Welcome 2 My Nightmare and Dirty Diamonds are the only post 80's albums of his I would give more than 3 out of 5 to.
I don't think Ezrin was involved with ACAS. Of the post 80s stuff, I'd put TLT, Eyes, DD and W2MN as above 3/5. I don't really rate Brutal Planet though, like Towelie above does. Can't quite put my finger on it. I prefer Dragontown, it just feels a bit looser and a bit more rock n roll.

Offline - Guano Apes (I have only given this a cursory listen online so far, but none of the songs stood out, they seem to have lost their passion which makes their reunion a big disappointment, and a bit of a head scratcher given how good the IO album was)
I think it's a great album. A bit more consistent than Bel Air, which had a few weak songs.

Alice is one of the best vocalists out there. He doesn't have the best range or anything, but he has so much character and charisma that it more than makes up for it. That's why it's so difficult to cover their/his songs. Still haven't heard a cover that I'd consider better than average.
School's Out is one of my favourite albums of all time. It's incredibly diverse musically, but still flows together as one cohesive piece. My Stars is an absolute gem of a song.
Other favourites include:
The Last Temptation (by far his best solo album)
From the Inside (his best album, lyrically)
Love It to Death
Killer
Dada
The Eyes of Alice Cooper
Dirty Diamonds
Lace & Whiskey is a dud, but My God is incredible.

Had to come out of lurking to say I whole heartedly agree with the OP. Still yet to see any reference to the greatest album of all time though, Scarlet's Walk. The only album that edges AFD for me.

It was a post on the Sick Things UK fan page. Someone had a VIP/meet and greet and was told by Ryan Roxie (I think) that those two plus Woman of Mass Distraction would be gradually introduced to the set. WoMD is now being played every night, so I do have hope that the other two may get played. They are quite obscure choices. I think the last time something this obscure was played was Who Do You Think We Are on the Eyes tour.
