There's a fan fic storyline right here- just waiting to happen... Axl travels back in time to 1745 (like the TV show/book Outlander- but not)... Just in time for the Jacobite uprising of 1746... we see young (30 something, and hot) William Bruce Rose leading his men through the brier of Culloden... On/Off topic: Has anyone watched "Love and Mercy", the biopic about Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys? It's a case like this.
There was also a video clip on YouTube from 2014, S. America where Beta basically told some fans to get lost, and Axl (very strongly) intervened... then spoke with the fans for a few minutes.

Just think how much of a threat that is for all of them. Their entire hope of inheriting Axl's millions would die the minute he marries someone or has a child of his own.
Despite they love him for real or not and have helped him in his moments of despair, I think Axl deserves a family of his own or at least a woman who loves him and he loves her back.
No one in TB can give him THAT kind of love and companionship.

Back in the day he'd go out by himself- he didn't always have a nanny with him.

I had no idea that management was doing this... I thought that the gaggle of bored faced skinny assed girls who kept prancing in and out of the pit together (skipping and holding hands at one point... I shit you not...) were friends of, like, Duff's kids. LOL.
The one's I saw looked about 16 and I figured that's how a 16 year old would get a backstage pass to a GnR show.... by being friends with the kids of the band members.
But no- I recognized them in an IG post about the San Diego show.

I was at the show last night, and it was fucking awesome (as usual)... I was upfront and could see all the little details....
The only thing about Axl's voice that I picked up on was Axl seemed a little rough at first, leaving off some words here and there... letting the audience fill it in... I don't think that the weather affected anything (although he did comment on it being "Nippy"... pussy)... I figure Dude was in town smoking mass quantities of Bolinas weed for a few days before the gig...
All in all, I thought he sounded fantastic. Coma was amazing- that ending just gets better and better....
Really, I can't complain about anything at all (except the fucking Litho selling out and winding up on Ebay)....
People commenting about no extra songs- I know, bummer. But there were Ferry and bus services added for the show- and as it was, that Ferry ride was an hour... God only knows how late the buses were running.

It was like watching "Honey, I Shrunk the Rock Stars." On the other hand, without the screens, no one would be able to see Waxl Wose's face.
- Axl Rose wardrobe change count: T-shirts 8, headgear, 6. I wonder if he was making an artistic statement about rock music by alternating between designs of snakes, skulls and women's behinds. Whatever. It worked for him. Maybe – and I'm thinking out of the box here – he is just a really sweaty guy.
- What did Sweetums say? I can't hear anything over what sounds like bees buzzing in my ear. Or maybe I just have wax in my ears ... or could it be the dying strains from Waxl, Waxl Wose?

Well, I gotta say.... I'm glad I'm a middle aged woman at a Guns show... a few reasons;
1. I was actually there for the whole ride. That's right. I actually saw Axl's tight little ass in his spandex shorts UP CLOSE and IN PERSON... not just on YouTube.
2. I got to experience the excitement of the whole GnR phenomenon first hand, as it grew and unfolded.
3. I still look the same... But I have the confidence and experience of "middle age"... and BONUS... I can suck the dimples off of a golf ball.
4. Pilates. 'Nuff said.
5. I have shit tons of money now. That enables me to not only travel to as many shows as I want, no matter where they are... I can also VIP it.
6. When Axl has one of his friends do an opening bit (Andrew Dice Clay, for example)... I actually know who it is, and understand what the fuck he's talking about.
