That was surprisingly pretty damn good. Usually I can't be bothered with these nugnr-live clips but this one I watched all the way through. I'd enjoy attending to that kind of show.

The simple fact is, the world desires Slash and does not see Guns N' Roses as a legit entity without Slash.

I think it was HV that said it during the Australian tour, it's amazing to see everyone having a great time at the shows and then coming to this "fan" forum and hearing all the negative trolling bullshit from people that were not even at the show.

Sure everyone has a great time at a show. It's a night out with drinking, friends, music, and whatever else, what's not to like? Doesn't mean that everyone there thinks they're watching Guns N Roses. If all these people at the shows cared so much for this band, where's the love? We should see thousands more positive posters coming to these "fan" forums to talk about the awesomeness of Axl and the rest of them.

As for HV, he was also the one who said that during the previous tour, Axl wouldn't shut up about Slash backstage. I bet deep down he misses him as much as the fans do. Probably more.

yeah but if he wanted axl's friendship he could have handled the situation better after he released his book even though axl was acting illogical. From what i understood of his posts he didn't contact axl only emailed beta. He should try talking to him IMO. Or if slash has made any real effort to talk to axl it wouldn't be like this.

No i'm pretty sure he told marc to release it after CD (it was supposed to come out in 2006) and marc waited for a while but their plans kept changing and he published it.

he stopped talking to marc because he published reckless road before CD's release and they haven't talk since 2006.

How do you even know he hates slash? I mean the cancer comment was really out of line but besides that what has he said? He said some good stuff about him before release of CD.

He never wanted Slash to leave. Axl wanted to control the band, bring in another lead guitar player, etc..

Well, at one point Axl certainly wanted Slash out of the band:

I think it has some really good moments. If it was from an unknown band it would be more appreciated you see the good things and look forward to their next release. Now it just doesn't live up to it's hype. Really even if axl released AFD after 16 years 13 million$ and the breakup it wouldn't be considered a great album.

What i don't understand is why are there some fans that clearly have been frustrated with the band for a long time (probably since the breakup) and don't even like CD but care enough to post their complaints. What exactly has kept you here so long?

I fucking hope not. I'm not the world's biggest Team Brazil fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I'd like to think better of them than that.

Considering all the nice things that has happened in axl's life and the professional help he took i think he's doing pretty well.

I don't think they can be relevant again. But the only respectable thing to do would be to get back in shape and release an album.

New means it was released after 93. They don't even play them in a row. They probably think every song they don't know is new and so it sucks. They probably thought LALD is new and left after TIL.

None of the original members seem very intellectual. At least in the old days. Slash speaks well in interviews since he got sober and duff's book was very interesting but nu guys seem better.

About intelligence Axl's high school girlfriend said he was very smart and slash kept calling him a genius in recent interviews (Although it was probably because of HOF) and really intelligent in his book. I haven't heard anything about others. But besides steven none of them are dumb obviously.

He has had 5 years to think about what he's going to do about the next album. I mean if he wants to retire announcing it as his last tour would probably increase sales. If he doesn't want to retire he needs to release an album soon. And it needs to be a good one. So why don't they just go to studio see what they can do release the best with the best of CD leftovers next year. What's been getting in their way for the last 5 years?

Unless he wants to milk it as much as he can first then announce their last tour. In that case he can at least release the rest of CD material.

The guy acts and looks 20. That's pretty good at least he won't age like axl.

Myles is a good singer but his voice ruins the song if that makes sense. And it seriously needs better lyrics. And shorter solo. Like slither I think the best part is the intro. After that it goes a little meh.
