  1. The description I got from a guy who works in the book industry is “Former personal manager to Axl Rose, Craig Duswalt's WELCOME TO MY JUNGLE, detailing life on the road with Guns N' Roses during the three-year Use Your Illusion tour for publication in May 2014”

  2. It's really disappointing that he doesn't whip his butt into top shape. A) It would unquestionably make his performances better and B) It would take so much fuel away from the fire of the critics that are only focused on the music secondarily.

and C) We wouldn't have threads about Axl's aging and Axl's weight

  3. I don't get why they can't go in and bang out a studio version of "The Seeker" and "Dont Let It Bring You Down" and just release them on iTunes.

    Easy money

Only Axl makes things difficult. The dude needs to get over himself

If they can't even put out the mixed, mastered and ready to go Atlas Shrugged on iTunes, why in the hell would you think they would release The Seeker and Don't Let It Bring You Down? That would require the band to be in a studio

  4. I know that you want new music..... but haven't you realized that Axl & Co don't have any. NOTHING! NADA! the vaults are empty.

People believe that Axl is sitting on a mountain of music & not releasing it, where as I believe  he has parts of songs & some weak riffs & maybe a melody or a jumbled mess of lyrics, but that's not enough for a album. I have seen Van Halen digging up scraps from Eddie's vault for an album & they didn't have anything great.

Don't get me wrong, I love Axl & I'm not trolling (at least I think I'm not) but I can't understand why you can't see HE HAS NO NEW MUSIC.

Atlas Shrugged is ready to go, the ONLY reason it didn't make the cut is because Bumblebee finished it last minute and it couldn't fit on the cd. We know about Oh My God, Axl himself has said there is another version of that. We know about Silkworms. We know about The General. We know about Ides of March, Oklahoma, Down By The Ocean, Soul Monster, Seven, Thym, Quick Song, Zodiac, Checkmate, and Blood in the Water. That's 14 songs, that's enough for an album the size of CD. I don't know what this shit is about Axl not having any new music.

  5. Marc- In 2006 Matt Sorum & Axl randomly met in NYC while out on the town, and according to Matt it went well. "While getting out of the cab I run into Sean Lennon who was leaving and when inside there was Axl Rose. Oh my God. I hadn't seen him in at least six years. I walked over and said hello. We shook hands. And it was pleasant. Later that evening I ended up in a loft somewhere in the East Village where Axl was again. We spoke for quite some time. And it was nice to clear some things up. I told him how great of a frontman he was while I was in the band and no hard feelings from me at all. It was an all-around good vibe, I think. After the party ended. Axl gave me a ride back to my hotel in his suburban."

And ofcourse there was the random Duff/Axl hotel hook up story from London a couple years back. Say Axl & Slash were to have a similar random meeting, what do you think would happen? Provided Axl's team of people (Beta et al) were not around, would Axl actually acknowledge and talk to Slash?

    Where did Matt say this?

  6. That's nice and all. I get the effort. But at this point I don't think Axl or Team Brazil care about their fans nor do I believe they're even capable of functioning like a normal band. I don't think it'll make any sort of difference. Axl is batshit crazy beyond repair and simply can not function. Team Brazil have proven to be nothing but a bunch of unprofessional people who only manage to annoy the fanbase and drive fans away.

    ^^

  7. As I said earlier, all "boycotting" GN'R will do, and this is assuming we even get enough fans to boycott, would drive Axl back into his whole effectively assuring us all that we will never hear CD II, or see the DVD, or even see a GN'R show again, at least not in Axl's lifetime.
