I really like a newer band called The Last Vegas.

DJ helped produced their biggest album.

I give DJ big props for that.

Excellent band, Ashba produced the albums , this ballad was written by The Last Vegas, Ashba and Sixx.

Bumblefoot wants new album, its logical, everybody want a new GnR songs, CD was in 2008, long long time

I hope the band create new music soon.

I prefer Estranged by Slash and not for Bumble, but i think that Bumblefoot is the best guitarist for Chinese Democracy, for example Shacklers Revenge or CD (song).

I've honestly listened to these songs for arguments sake and have to say they're not good at all. They're practically everything about a guitar player you don't want. You don't want your guitar player to write songs. You want him to play the guitar.

I think other thing. i want a guitar player who writes good hard rock songs with Axl Rose

I hear Bumblefoot songs, are OK but its not my style, i preffer other member to compose.

Let's compare this to the defense case for Ashba in his thread lol.

Bumblefoot is better guitarist than Ashba but i like Ashba songs and i dont like Bumble albums, this is my problem haha

And its funny for me see Ashba movements in a concert, and Fortus moves, i love this guys !

As a guitar player I can 100% tell you he is a very, very average player with bad timing, intonation and phrasing... that's just about everything when it comes to guitar playing... Axl and Nixxi are wrong on this one, Ashba is not an excellent player, probably a reasonable standard for a hobbist or a bar band that doesn't play too often... for one of the bigger rock bands in the world... he is out of his league listen to the right speaker for Appetite for democracy, listen to the amount of incorrect chords, out of tune bends... he actually ruined that dvd for me (yeah Axl was off too, but not the whole way through).

I have no problem with how he looks, how he interacts with fans, how he moves on stage... my only gripe is that he is not capable enough to pull of the material. I believe you have to be twice as good (ability wise) as the material in order to play it... I honestly don't think he is anywhere close to that... maybe if he practiced, which I don't think he does... Take advantage of having two amazing players in the band, grab a lesson, anyone that is too proud to take a lesson from a superior musician needs to have their head examined.

Its my opinion, for me its more important create good hard rock songs than solos virtuosos, for example, i love Mick Mars and i dont like Buckethead or Bumblefoot.

I like songs composed by Ashba and i want hear new songs in GnR, im sure that he can write good hard rock songs and create a intesresting hit single. i think that Axl and Nikki think it. Really, i like only Hard Rock in GnR and Ashba is modern but its Hard Rock, i hate industrial, virtuosos and i hate experimental rock.

I prefer Patience Slash solo, but i prefer Ashba This I Love solo than Finck solo.

I like Appetite for Democracy for Axl, Fortus and Ashba.

Ashba is one of my favourite guitar player since the first Sixx AM debut album.

He composed with Nikki Sixx the last Motley Crue album and i love it!

He composed the first album of Beautiful Creatures in 2001, i like it! song as Kick Out is awesome for me! Hard Rock!

He composed Sixx AM albums with Michaels and Sixx and i like too.

Its, after Axl, my favourite new member in the band.

I like Ashba music style, 8 for me.

BC debut is a great modern hard rock album.

Ashba is a good songwritter, i like Ashba in BC and in Sixx AM, and he wrote all the songs of the last Motley Crue album with Nikki Sixx.

I think that he can write good songs in GnR in the future.

Comparing CD to contraband is not fair either. One is a cohesive, modern sounding, well produced rocking album. CD is a messy compilation of emo dad rock songs with hip hop beats and copy n paste production. Easy contender for worst of the decade.

I dont like Scraped, its very experimental for me, i prefer songs like My Michelle or You are Crazy

I prefer the old
