So many synch problems....

The mp3 were promised to us at a later date...initially 7/8 and then changed to 7/15 but now it's the 18th and nothing. For purchasing the streams of audio and video or video on it's own, we're told we'd get access to a download in our accounts when that date reached. Sadly, the stream doesn't work too well on my internet, so the download really was going to be the godsend! At present, I'm still £10 for no product pretty much! It's a shame, as I want to LOVE this thing so damn much.

Or ITunes? Not having this available is just like throwing away cash....

Well are we being constantly lied to? I'll give it 2 days then ask for a refund, reference all the promises made by the Rockfuel Representative here. Not trying to be harsh, I appreciate you taking the time...but don't promise things that aren't going to (presently) happen!

AHHHH! The Rockfuel guy kept saying 7/8 !!! Why exactly can't it be today? It doesn't take them 7 days to upload a file to a server!

I bought it and if a company breaks it's promise, why should we care? TBH...All Rockfuel will be providing is a link to download...So I don't care if it's Rockfuel or some site! I paid for it 2 weeks + ago and been waiting for the download as the stream simply doesn't work for me...
So "have a little patience" has definitely been the sentence!

Rockfuel, didn't you say you'd be able to download the movie and audio tracks today?!

On the buy screen for DVD and audio stream, it now included "Get digital download 7/8" So on the 8th of July we can download the video and audio too? Or just the audio?

It really shouldn't be buffering for those with a fibre optic! WHAT GIVES!?

Well and this isn't a moan, technically it's still not Standard Def! It's 587p, standard def being 480p....So some people sadly are having problems. Youtube has from 144p (lol) - 240p, 360p. 480p, 720p to 1080 and 3D! An option would be great for all! Also why didn't you guys upload a 3D stream, since it was filmed that way?

The app should work again now, it's working for me! It was obviously down while they added the new player with connection options - 576p, 720p and 1080! At least most while be able to get a decent stream now. Thank god!

I think everyone will have....Had all day free to watch this BUT due to the constant buffering, it's pretty much redundant at the moment! Not everyone has SUPER fast broadband, Rockfuel! A platform like Youtube understands this...

Still can't play this...It buffers for me every 5 seconds...My internet is fine for youtube and other stuff! Not fibre optic but not 56K either! I would really appreciate a SD version asap!
