I was wondering the same thing! I will be listening closely! He has to address the GNR threeunion topic.

If I remember correctly Steve was there at the 1st Las Vegas show (Frank posted a photo with him), so they must have talked about the reunion a bit then, right?

Yes he was at the club gig in L.A and was at Duffs daughters gig last night in L.A.

I get the feeling it wont be anything new to tell but who know, I will definitely be listening to the show.

  2. Think they should avoid late night television chat shows completely,   as yes Axl did Kimmel but he didn't look comfortable and late night chat shows are not about the guest any longer, no very interesting questions, to be fair its no longer about the show unless it gets a trending internet video but that probably cause we see celebs in every paper that has hundreds of articles on them, they are on twitter instagram so we know so much about them what will be new.   Axl doesn't do interview after interview and we get very little from him on twitter so to me  it would be a total let down as you want a full and professional interviewer to ask decent questions to him.

I think they should do a radio show, maybe trunk, not stern as end of the day he will keep asking question that Axl i feel would not feel comfortable to answer.  The 2006 Trunk interview of Axl was really cool as it just felt like they were hanging out, telling stories and no agenda except for having a good time so if they recreate that with Slash and Duff then we would on to a winner.

Conan sketch with Slash was cool but  someone from the UK tried  a sketch thing with Slash and it was just the most uncomfortable thing ever.

It will also avoid awkward questions as yes they have reconnected but as seen with  Crue Reunion (You could tell they still disliked each other), they wont need to act as if they are best friends as the Chinese Exchange interview i got the feeling that the relationship is still in a sensitive  place and could blow up at anytime.... well that what i got from it.

  3. I really see them touring next summer in Europe and headlining festivals but probably give Download a miss so hopefully they do some stadiums/ Outdoor gigs. Download had 2/3 same headliners this year were headliners  only a few years ago so probably a big demand for something new.

I heard months ago that they would bring back Sonisphere to the UK and that the festival would be based around Guns N' Roses but that is probably just something that will not lead to anything.

Maybe it's just me. But I find it odd or some kind of a contradiction. Axl has said things with Slash and Duff are doing well, things with AC/DC great. Yet when we see him (outside the stage) he is always doing things with his entourage only.

Loads of bands don't actually socialise outside the studio or when its band work. Duff & Slash probably socialise  together due to the fact that their partners get along with each other...

Also about Sasha (seriously don't understand why i care this much) i think its probably more of a friendship as she kinda disappears through  out the years , probably  when she is in a relationship as she can't go touring with a ex. Maybe the relationship has rekindled  a spark again in the last year.

  5. AC/DC with Axl can probably move forward from Brian very easily as folk think AC/DC they think Angus in School uniform so think Jim is just being bit biased. Grohl sound like a guy you would love to go for a pint with but he would not be a good frontman for AC/DC but then again Angus is the frontman who doesn't sing but for me I havnt seen Dave play without playing behind something like drums or Guitar.

  6. I am not really a fan of trying to  get a photo with celebs, i end up apologizing as i recently went up to Robert Carlyle at a football game (Soccer) and i just felt a bit like a douche as i end up apologizing for taking  a minute out of there life as he was with his family, lovely guy though! If i met Axl or Slash, I would definitely would want a photo but it would have to depend circumstance and how busy they are as i recently saw Frank in Vegas while walking about and he was with his Mrs so didn't want to interrupt him.

Alice in Chains has a whole slew of dates already scheduled for July.   I imagine if they have an opener at all...it'll be several different openers similar to what the Rolling Stones did last summer.  A few of those were fairly "big names".

If thats the case then i hope New Jersey show they get someone good!!

  8. Pantera will never get back together!! and would not be good without dimebag and with Phill bad press, he is untouchable!!

Foos as someone said are too big!! Maybe a special guest for one show but that would be it.

Alter bridge i don't think would be a good fit and it not  the late 80s early 90s so a stadium tour with a reunion Skid Row or Sebastian bach would be a awful choice unless they want to spend less money.

To me in needs to be a big name, maybe Avenged Sevenfold would be a good choice due to them being big but not yet at the next level...

If they could get Alice in Chains and someone else  then would make it a excellent day to be sipping beer

Hahaha...I think it's cute that he still throws in his one handed playing tricks in there - the guy looks like and acts like a zombie in real life and turns into some kind of demon on stage  - you got to admit that he really loves this stuff.

1st AC/DC gig that i have seen him keep his shirt on lol

  10. The last few ac/dc tours they have done some sort of interviews before a show and usually it was Angus and Brian (Williams has basically has been promoted but if you are not a die hard then no one knows who he is) and it clearly obvious that Angus is not the greatest interviewee so he probably asked Axl to help out which is why he is part of the band, he want to help them out but i bet Axl wish he didn't have to do them. Also the fact that a lot of ACDC fans are not happy about the plan , ACDC  must thought they had  to say something and the reason why Axl is involved.

If all members of  Guns N Roses stay healthy and they still have the fire then we could probably get 3-4 more big tours, ACDC if they decide to continue and if its Axl then the next could probably be the last so don't worry about Axl commitment.

  11. Axl is probably only doing this to help out with AC/DC, if he had it his way he probably wouldn't do the interviews.. Angus probably asked if he could get involved with these interviews  as AC/DC always did some sort of media and Cliff Williams has been promoted as it was always Angus and Brian who did the promotion work and Angus isn't the best interviewee and unfortunately the average fan who only knows the hits  doesn't really care about Cliff.

Agree on a TOUR being next year but I have to think that a show or two, most likely in London is a big possibility for THIS year...I just think it'll happen,

if even to prove the festival big wigs that Axl is dependable and bookable again! They might hear all the success of America and want to see this themselves first...

Axl has ACDC US gigs after Guns N Roses tour so depends if he has time as they would have high demand and be late in the year for a stadium gig, specially in UK...
