How were those seats? I am already plotting to try and find a way to get my ass to the meadowlands next weekend. What a show Axl and the boys kicked ass for philly!!!
Great view. The sound was a bit muddled but overall it was great. The air conditioned lounge was amazing

Just got home from the show. Holy fuckin shit it was amazing. Axl was on fire. So much so he actually said it himself. The energy was amazing. Best show I have ever been to!!!

Needless to say, he sounded the best ever in '86-88. But he seemed to have far more control over his voice from UYI onwards.
I think Axl sounds fantastic on TSI and Sympathy for the Devil. This might not be the most popular opinion, but I love his singing on Aint it Fun and Sympathy for the Devil. He lost his rasp on Live Era, but his voice seems very much intact during 93 and 94.
That said, there's this unfortunate live performance from early 1994 w/ Springsteen which makes his voice sound like it's been wrecked from the years of touring UYI:
That performance doesnt count. It was a random performance. He didnt even warm up. They thought of the song to play while sitting at the table watching the rest of the show.

Coachella tweeted earlier that Guns N' Roses would stream, but it said "selected songs".
That makes me believe they will either:
- Stream the set live, and cut the stream whenever it's a song that's not cleared for the stream
or
- GN'R will not be streamed live, and there will be a compilation of the selected songs later in the evening/night
Do you have a link for that?

Damn dude, I fucking helped you out.....you're welcome
A lot of my condascending posts are in jest, granted my response to yours wasn't. And honestly, this isn't your fault....but we had a whole ordeal last week about when GnR was supposed to take the stage because a bunch of mis-information was being posted. Sorry if you were offended, I'm going to believe you will be OK though!
lmfao. That post is exactly my point. Quit typing little digs towards people and be happy. Please dont quote this again. I am finished.

You could read through the thread.....but I'll be nice. They are doing 360 streams, GnR is listed as TBD

Just now, Jakey Styley said:
GNR starts about 2 hours before that, but 15 minutes of their performance is streamed AFTER the real performance at 3:40.
This is the most depressing thing I ever read.
Bands similar to GNR for when you want music??
