Billy Joel covered Highway To Hell last year in Seattle and brought one of his roadies up to sing it. Maybe he brings out Axl this time?

The Atlanta concert last summer was probably the most diverse concert I've been to. Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, some gorgeous Russian twins that I sat next to, good times.

I love how we put timelines on things like "possible new album in 2020" etc. like it's a given that they'll all still be living. Who knows what could happen in the next few years. Forget wasting new riffs on SMKC or shelling out sandpaper vocals for AC/DC, make a damn good final G'N'R album while it's still possible.

Yay! The cycle begins. Slash posting photos of his guitars, Duff uploading his bass rack, the official GNR page teasing a cowbell, interviews with everyone but the big 3. Buckle up! 

I personally think they should hire Tako for the final leg of the tour. They won't have to pay for her travel expenses since she's probably already got tickets for all of the shows anyway, plus her pictures actually capture the "moment." Kat's pics are nice as well but they just seem too desktop-wallpaper-ish to me. 

Definitely the most intriguing thread. That's why I peak in here every now and then.

Axl is a person that smiles "with his eyes" so to speak. You can compare that squint of William Rose with virtually any picture of Axl smiling and they line up.

Whoa. The first picture is a little blurry but judging by the second one that's definitely his hairline. Even more noticeable now. Was watching the China Exchange interview the other day and that smile looks familiar as well. Mouth looks similar.. I'm convinced. Thanks for the photos! Always cool to put two faces together and see genetics do their work.

Alright, invading the women's discussion really quick. After seeing the pictures of Axl's mother and the detective work done on her, does anyone know what his father looks like? Are there any legit photos of William Rose out there? I feel like if he was in and out of jail like is reported, there'd be some public photos of him. 

Was listening to 100.5 FM here in Atlanta earlier today and Axl (one of the hosts) was talking about how great the tour has been but he hopes they don't milk it out and instead use some of their downtime to write some new music. I have a feeling that this tour isn't ending anytime soon though. RIR in my eyes would have been the perfect send off to buckle down and come out w/ new music next year. Hopefully we at least get something.

I was definitely just joking but I agree. It's very gimmicky. Axl should try and take it off his head like he did in the old days. See how that goes

I didn't want to say this because I'd rather not think about it but it's reality. I would be bummed if one of them passed away and an AFD5 reunion never gets to happen even though they are fully capable of it. Doesn't even have to be this year. But with so many bands (like The Beatles when John passed) that were robbed of the opportunity to reunite, they should take advantage of it while they're all in good health. You never know what tomorrow brings. Just my two cents.

Damn.. reading this makes me want to hear more of his playing. Is there any footage outside of Dead Horse with him playing/soloing?

Am i the only one that thinks Axl should bring back the all black pants he was wearing with AC/DC? I think they look alot better than the jeans he's been wearing.

If by recreation you mean weed, that would be a very ludicrous reason for them to be avoiding him. It's marijuana after all lol. Slash and Duff's kids are teenagers now and growing up as kids in LA I wouldn't be surprised if they've tried/actively smoke. I also wouldn't be surprised if Axl used it medicinally. We need to stop this notion that weed is somehow bad for you because it really isn't.

Occasionally. Used to always warm up w/ Appetite or UYI 1. Great energy off those two. Then I realize they could have made so much more similar music and will just change the artists. Any type of Hard Rock/Metal works though. (Benchpressing to H..TSD right now)

I don't see anything wrong with it personally, just a day at the pool. He doesn't see his daughter in "that" way. Interesting to see the basketball hoop in the back. I wonder if he invites Axl/Slash over for games of 21? Probably not lol.
