I was 16 and just got my drivers license. Took a care load of friends to a local record shop that was selling them at midnight. Bought both on cassette Lol! I'll never forget hearing the opening of "Right Next Door to Hell" and how it Jammed!! There was a pretty good line waiting for the store to open at midnight. The anticipation was wild Good times Indeed! 

I don't mind if they put some CD leftovers on it but Please for the love of God don't name it CD II!! I'm so sick of the Chinese Democracy shit for the past 20yrs lets move on now it's done this is a new era!

All I can say is for the love of God I hope they don't call this CD II even if some of the songs are leftovers. I'm so tired of the almost 2 decade long debacle that has been CD that please put that to bed and start fresh. 

"Sometimes I feel like I'm beating a dead horse" Jingles in my head every time I wish for new music. I'm still hopeful but It's kinda funny that 2 of the Big 3 are now releasing solo albums 2yrs after the reunion. It's almost sad Guns are back together yet were only getting solo albums so far. Please GNR get in the studio soon! "May sound funny but you think by now I'd be smiling.. I guess somethings never change" The answer is all in the song he sad it himself. 

I waited in line and bought them both on cassette at Midnight! A local record store made a big deal and opened at Midnight just to sell the records. I got home and stayed up almost all night and listened to both. Good times indeed!!

As a drummer you gotta play with emotion and a little swagger to swing the groove. Frank plays with no emotion and doesn't swing the beat at all. He plays more like a pacemaker instead of the heart.  

People change the past is the past. Quit being an archaeologist and digging up old bones it's a complete waste of time. The guys are getting along great. It's time for a new record. Sorry if I sound a bit harsh but some of the threads that pop up here really make me scratch my head.

This is the best sighting ever because personally I think Axl should stay focused on Guns. The thought of an AXL/DC album has always seemed ridiculous to me.

God Damn this band has caused me more emotional turmoil then my ex wife haha! All I ever wanted was some new Vinyl to spin really disappointed they don't have a vinyl option with the extra stuff for less then $1000. Who the fuck can afford that really? I mean I'm not Nicolas Cage for Christ Sakes! 

I hope they put out a nice Vinyl package with the extra's that would be pretty sweet!

I honestly am starting to hate being a fan of this band. Been waiting a long time for new music from Axl/Slash I'm grateful for the NITL tour but it had my hope up that they were gonna hit the studio with the new found fire they have. To be honest this and the fuckin Axl/DC thing really fuckin blows. No excited at all by any of this.

There is no way Axl prefers AC/DC over GNR. What kind of fantasy land are you living in? Truly not trying to troll here it just honestly blows my mind why anyone would be excited about AXL/DC over new GNR music with Slash.

This rasp stuff cracks me up. I seen guns in 88 and twice on the NITLT and I think they were awesome every time. I feel for Axl he's aged as we all do and his voice has changed so don't judge him on rasp he's giving it his all. I'm sorry those of you who think this is a good idea are clearly a bigger AC/DC fan than a GNR fan. I don't think any sane GNR fan wants this. Just my opinion. 

I'm telling you if Axl does this he will look like a fool who only wants to front "Hack" bands with one original member. He did it with Guns but totally redeemed himself. If he stalls all this momentum that the GNR train has rolling he will be the biggest ass in rock. I'm really not trying to be negative I love Axl and I'm ecstatic Slash and Duff are back in the fold. The GNR train is full steam ahead. AC/DC is done leave it be please.
