Yeah, thats his chest voice. He never lost his voice. He doesnt use chest voice as oftenly because falsetto is easier. And he can reach high notes alot more easier with falsetto

Axl would make any song sound good with his natural tone or with his deep voice. But with falsetto ? No, it wouldnt sound good

Axl sings Black Hole with his natural voice(speaking tone), which sounds great. He should use his normal voice instead of falsetto much more oftenly...
