Well, the golden circle is just the area near the stage cordoned off with barriers, there's not seat so it's early arrived, early served in that too, you can come later and be in the GC but you have in front of you the people that came before you.

Sure, the one that paid the packages that cost 350 and 1005 euros have their reserved place but for that much money it's the minimum imo

i actually went to concerts when they opened at 8 am, concerts in Italy are a competion in resistance if you care being as close as possible, it's gonna be hot too so water and a hat.

About the narcissist personality disorder thing, i just want to say depression or phobias are not symptoms, they're separated mental illnesses, NPD has an high rate of comorbity with other mental illness especially depression but, again, not a symptom, if you have depression it may not be the sign of another mental illness, NPD in this case, it may be "simply" depression and not every person with NPD suffers from depression too, because, again, separated mental illnesses that can be comorbid. I agree that you can't diagnose someone from your computer, especially cluster b disorders that are very difficult to diagnose even when you can interview the patient face to face.

About the sexist/homophobic/racism deal: i know a shit ton of people that don't consider themself that and when faced with gay people/people that are a minority/women are perfectly nice and supportive but still use derogative terms in everyday life because it's so widespread they don't even make the connection and when you call them out on it they go "but i don't mean it like that..."

it's the force of habit, especially for guys that lived in a time when it was even more widespread that now, i'm not excusing it but well, it doesn't surprise me, when you do it all your life and very few people bat an eye, except in a few occasion like OIAM, you don't see it as a thing to change urgently.

The book thing, i think one of the problems, other than not disturbing the peace, it's the organization? As in, Axl's prolix and in the good old rants day he could digress in a big way, when emotional he could rant about three wildly different topics in just one discourse, if he writes this way too it could be difficult to organizes his "diaries" in something easy to follow at first read, if i was Axl i would probably give up on the project especially if the emotions i put in it are long gone, it would exausting.

i'm passing to say him, i had a stressful period and when i passed i couldn't muster the energy to partecipate, i hope to be more active

About the torquoise shirt, i think it's just the pic being super blurry but well, i'll be paranoid too. The pics are so blurry because they are pictures of pictures, on one hand, it's better this way.

This made me kinda laugh because, well, it's not like the Stones didn't undergo many formation change, Ian Stewart was demoted to a roadie pre-debut when he was in the band originally, Brian jones was sacked, Mick Taylor left to be replaced by Ronnie Wood who was called a member officially  years later, Bill Wyman left and now the bass is played by Daryl Jones who is regarded as roadie even if he's been playing with them for more than 20 years now so by your logic the Rolling Stones aren't The Rolling Stones already but everyone say they're The Rolling Stones, not nu!Stones even if there are only 3 original members left.

Returning to GNR, Axl has the legal right to it so it's GNR, my feelings about it notwithstanding so i would say i saw GNR or the Rolling Stones, maybe i would say that of the original members there was only Axl or Mick but that's it, i simply like to call things by their name even if i don't like it.

 I don't see many people say that the UYI era gnr are nu!gnr because no Izzy and very few people say TRS aren't the stones anymore because no Bill but they do exist so  it seems to me that it's subjective, everyone has their idea on which member "make" the band what it is so you do you, i guess, it's not like they're going to change the band name on ChiDem and everyone has a different idea on the subject of it being bullshit or not but the comparison with the Stones was funny, it made me laugh, so kudos   

Maybe Axl actually talked about his past to Angus and now Angus feels protective and Axl is someone that he likes and he doesn't have with him all the ACDC legacy, Axl's just a fun guy Angus enjoys being with.

Seeing them up there on stage like that is bittersweet for me. I'm happy Slash came back (and Duff as well) but it sucks that it took 20 years but beta late then never.

Slash should have never left Guns but I get the feeling he will never leave the band again and it's not just about money. I don't believe that.

They say being high bring out the wise in you  but i agree, Axl said he have always wanted to people to see how incredible Slash was and i will quote, for Slash, his book: "There were moments there when I loved him to death, when he was just so cool and we had really close, heartfelt talks that he would lead.""

I come to think that this 20 years were necessary, now was the right time for them to reunite because now they're old enough to look past all the hurt they did each other and be more constructive, Axl seems more stable and Slash's sobriety seems really strong.

It's impossible to be just about money, the past and the emotions would sneak in surely, plus, Axl-heart-on-his-sleeve-Rose is too happy for it to be mere business without some sort of emotional resolution.

I don't really believe that everyone involved didn't talk to anyone else about the reunion other than "everything's going great" in the other fluff pieces we got, like, no-one thought to keep asking about the big thing? Why? I would think because they blacklisted the topic and why not go to a big talk show to promote? No-one else talked?

It seems to me they chose not to give interviews and they enforced it, i doubt Steven didn't talk until now because he didn't feel like it, maybe, they'll start talking and i'll be very happy or maybe it is a sign Steve isn't involved anymore, who knows.

I think he was talking about some sort of integraty? I know people that don't really like MJ because of the allegations and side-eye the artists that collaborated with him for this, they turned a blind eye to the allegations for the exposure.

And sorta unpopular opinion? i don't really get the search for THE issue between Slaxl because it's almost never AN issue in this sort of cases, it's almost always a lot of issues that build up and there's an incident that set fire to everything, so yes, Axl had issues with the MJ collab, Slash had issues with OIAM and  they're both justified imo.

We're never going to have the whole confirmed play-by-play reason they broke up because i think it was simply A VERY close, maybe too close, complicated relationship that broke under its own weight so, you know, it's personal and long.

About the new album yes or no conundrum: Granted, we don't know if they're working on new music but i see why Axl may be not so eager to work on it, i keep reading around "if they do a new album, it's SURELY going to suck because they're old, unispired and not as hungry" and you know, not the best environment for creating, and yes, you can say: "fuck it, i'm going to do it anyway" but it will surely take a bit on a toll anyway to keep hearing "we want new music but it's gonna be mediocre at best" even if you are the most self-assured person in this world and Axl is not.

Plus, to be honest, i think they weren't really seriously talking about new music, they were waiting to see if it didn't go up in flames.

Maybe they are working on it now, maybe they just want to cuddle up to eachother and bask in their newfound friendship without the stress and expections and see how it goes, can't say i blame after the years of heartbreak.
