Oh wait! I must have missed that. Really?! Could you point me to a source please? :D

I was talking about this instance but there are a few more like the other said

I loved the sneaky passive-aggressiveness  "LOL, this my band and you're a fad, my band"

My attitude with the band now is expect nothing but enjoy whatever happens...:shrugs:

That's EXACTLY my attitude too, this people always did what they wanted fans or no fans so i prefer not to concetrate so much on what if because who the fuck know with them?

And tbh, i don't believe it's purely for the money (Axl-emotions-in-your-face-Rose is too giddy and too touchy-feeling for it and Slash was too passive-aggressive towards DJ to be entirely about business) but i would be kinda happy in that case, too, as in they matured enough to be civil with eachother enough to work together after all the shit they flung at eachother, i'm strange :shrugs:

maybe we can meet up there I'm going alone to this show so I'll definitely be happy to meet you!

I'll be alone too (damn my friend and their love of house music) so i would like it too! GNR women thread meet-up!

  4. The holiday are a busy time!

I decided to take the 6 AM bus to the concert, i will arrive at 10 AM and it will be when the gates will open, so it's perfect, i won't wait outside

I wonder if the guys saw each other around christmas for a bit, i hope so, slaxl could sneak out to eat Panettone together :rofl-lol:

  5. I'm laughing way too much, what are you doing Mr. Stradlin? Hinting at something? Trolling the fans? Taking some type of covered up shot to the other guys? (my fav options because i'm here for the dramah  and i refuse to get my hopes up )

The groupie board still exists but it has been abandoned for a long time btw

Aren't you going to be exhausted by showtime if you take the 6am bus and then spend the entire day holding your spot without eating or drinking and without using the bathroom?

I wouldn't even consider doing it, but maybe I'm just weak.

I did this before, even under a lot of rain (the staff gave us free hot tea for our trouble), when the band comes on stage the adrenaline kick in and you're more than fine until the end. The next day is another story, thou  but i did it when i had the change to be near the stage.

thanks to you @MillionsOfSpiders and @Nightrain92 (i'll be alone too) i'll think about it some more

thinking about attending this show, I can get a flight to bologna for 48 euro's. Would be there from Saturday until Tuesday.

How is the public transfer to and from Imola, anybody know?

And it seems like the golden circle is sold out already!

IIRC there's a train from Bologna to Imola, it takes 30 minutes, but i don't know how you'll go to the autodromo from the station, sorry.

    what? why?

Please explain to those here who don't know whats going on

The location is shitty, i said so, people asked me why, i explained and now apparently i can't complain about a bad concert location, people are angry and the topic is deemed a mess? I don't know either why it's a problem, criticizing a concert location tbh   i'm confused too about the reaction, i don't know what's going on :shrugs:

Stop being a smartass... What would you rather... not seeing GnR at all or seeing them in a shitty place? I would choose the latter...

Anyways..moan all you want.. I couldn't care less...

I said i was going to go anyway but this is about the rumoured concert dates and if the location of said concert is shitty i'm going to say it (plus, i explained why to me it was shitty because someone asked me why i thought that i didn't make the second post unprompted) if you're happy no matter what, good for you, i would have liked a decent location.

If you couldn't care less if people moan why would you answer me? Let me vent my frustrations and my hope it won't be disastrous organization wise in peace since this is the right place for it.

My goodness, I don't really mean to offend anyone.  But y'all make fun of us Americans for putting seats on the floor.  But then you all have to deal with these death traps....why don't bands use your futbol stadiums to play at instead of these...venues?

Usually we do use stadium and the problem isn't the field per se', in the stadium there aren't chairs in the field (putting aside the preference of the experience, people would throw them around) but the amount of people that will be there and how the location is, in a stadium even without the seats in the field everything would be more manageble.

What's up with this Location? I was seriously considering going there. This Sounds discouraging though.

Basically, it's an enormous field that can host LOT OF people (if they don't do the seated seats but they are few anyway so most people will be in the field) the italian public is similar to the SA public, the staff and security is shit in normal situation and with so many people it will be almost non-existant so if you need anything you are on your own. There are already people going "oh, field, let's push people around as much as we can and the ones who survive are good, if not  so bad for them" (obvs, if you want to see with your own two eyes, if not you can sit far away on the field you will be on another time zone, the screen are usually near the stage) and again, open field, how the sound will be if you're not fairly close to the stage is always a gamble.

Just watching you all moaning about bad venues or lack of multiple dates or ticket prices... and all of that coming from a 50% of people who have already seen GnR this year...

    ...damn!!

I would be happy if GnR came to my country or Eastern Europe for that matter...but so far the prospects seem highly unlikely...

    - And no... I aint got no money for a plane ticket to travel across the continent for a mere concert...

I didn't see GNR this year and i don't have the money to go abroad, can i moan for a shit location or i don't have your permission?

You'll be fine if you hit the first row and focus on Axl and Axl's ass and Axl's eyes and Slaxl

I'm never gonna hit first row, i have to travel for hours to go to the location when i'll arrive there'll be already a monstrous queue, i'm actually thinking about taking a seat, won't be the same but i'll have room to breath at  least, it's not like i'll see them up close anyway.

Awwww, maybe there will be more shows? If not, come to London

Very unlikely and i won't have the money or the time to come to London but thank you.

it's not for the train or bus station. it's the whole autodrome.. non a proper location for concerts!

I 'm so disappointed. nothing to party for :(

We can do it, i hope i don't get run over/elbowed/hit in anyway by too many people and that the staff is at least a bit professional, i don't ask for much, just they know generally what's going on.

I just pack up on the sunscreen and hope not to faint!
