  1. I had two different friends attending last night and asked both to get me one. They were both able to.  Reading the above, I'm starting to think that maybe there is a very small (those that follow this forum, etc) that are so crazy about them!  Or they are fibbing on the numbers, which I don't think is the case.

so, based on ending up with two, I've got one for trade! I'd love to get one of the Rocky-Philly ones, but wide open for others!

What do you think of the design man? I was on the fence about even buying one for myself but I caved. I saw lithos at every merch stand I passed right up until GNR came on.

Anyone got a blacklight to test this thing out? It would literally be the only redeeming quality on this litho.

    A fucking teapot...

Uzi, now that I know the connection and history to the city, I'm a little better with it. I'm still underwhelmed. I went to college and now work for Clemson University and totally understand licensing could have been an issue, but just figured a Demon Deacon mascot (that wears a Top hat) could have been a home run since they were playing in Wake's stadium. If I'm from W-S, I love it. I'm not, so I'm like, whatevs. I like it for having been at the show, but that's it.  And by the way, of the three shows on this tour I've seen, I really think this one was the best! Hate I didn't run into you there bro!

  3. Market is definitely cooling. A night one Vegas was a no sale at $175 and it went for $330 last week or so. My take on things...

San Fran, LA, and San Diego were all bought up by resellers. Fans got (by and large) the lithos at the other sites. This you don't see KC, Cinci, Nashville, Houston and DC coming up for resale very often.

i love that they did them. Hope the next tour they have lithos and instead of "Not in this lifetime", it's the tour supporting a new album!

Wow Tiger that's gotta put you at what almost 15 now? That's awesome. How are you framing these? I took some advice from a poster on the Nightrain forum who was a professional framer and went against using the cheaper frames. Nothing worse then spending all this money/time tracking them down and then having them fade.

Uzi, I've got ten. Weird for me. I've always liked show specific posters of music even when not limited. I've got some that I think are great and if it's a show that matters, I'll get it framed with my ticket. Though I'm a huge Clemson football fan and actually work for the university, instead of a football man cave, my dream has always been a music themed space. I normally would only get the shows that I went to (Nashville, ATL), but GnR is my all time fave band and I fell in love with these. Initially just got Detroit off eBay (passing on Cinci at the time, "oh, I'll get it later"). Then reached out to friends in Orlando and Nola, they easily made it happen. Then tried that for Houston, San Fran, Seattle, and LA (one). All were sold out before friends could purchase. Of course, I got the two MetLife from you. Also got the Arizona litho and bought the two from LA.

I will have the shield I went to done with ticket. It won't be cheap. I'll have the others ones done professionally, but with simpler matting and frame. I'll take my time doing them. Maybe one every month or two.

one thing, find a great framer. Michaels, etc seems to raise the price so that the coupons really doesn't make it that great of a deal and I'd rather have someone who is creative and knows my wishes better than whoever comes to the counter.
