I've been dying to get this album for the longest time now. I bought the self titled album a little over a year ago and I love it. I want to get Slave to the Grind but I can't find it anywhere near where I live. I've even checked the used CD stores. I think I'll just break don't and order it off Amazon or something.

I listen to the majority of my music in the car... I'm almost through the second CD. Some good songs but '@I know a LOT more will grow on me!

Same here. I still haven't finished the 2nd CD but what I heard so far is really good. There is a little filler here and there but most of its pretty damn good.

Well it's been years since Dead Horse. He has had all these years to work on his quitar skills. Hey you never know...

Maybe Axl is the 3rd guitar player. I mean we saw him play guitar during Madagascar at RIR 3 and I believe he said something about learning to play guitar in an interview awhile ago. This might be a crazy guess or whatever but it's just an idea. Sorry if someone has brought this up before but I don't spend too much time in the Discussion & News section.

You guys are kidding......right?!I am a HUGE Aerosmith fan,yes I do listen to this album,but it isn't by far my most favorite one...........along with a kazillion other diehard Aero~heads!

It isn't my favorite Aerosmith album either, but it's still a really good one.

I really liked it, too.

The last track (can't remember the title) is my favorite.

And jaded is a great radio single.

Are you talking about "Face"? I know thats the last track on my CD but I have the Best Buy Exclusive version so it might be different for you. I love the song "Face." It's a great CD overall. A lot of great tracks.

I heard that. It was horrible. My sister like Scissor Sisters and she always listens to that garbage. The Shakira voer of Back in Black was pretty sad too. But at least she looks good doing it. Just mute the video.

I am definitely going to buy the album on Tuesday when in comes out. I was patient and didn't download the leaked version so I'm really eager to hear it.

Oh man this sounds great. I have to download RealPlayer but then I'll sit back and enjoy.

Freebird for me too. I got so tired of some of these songs after playing GTA: San Andreas for so long. The real reason I kept listening to the station was to hear Tommy "The Nightmare" Smith(that was his name right?) aka Axl Rose. haha.

I think it's the same situation for me. I absolutely loved Ten when I got it but I just listened to it so much that I get tired of it quickly now. I mean I still love al ot of the stuff on their like Black and Evenflow and others but on the other hand songs like Alive and Once seem bland now that I've listened to them so much. That is why I put Vitalogy over Ten. I've listened to Vitalogy probably just as much as Ten but I still love it.

I'd love to go ahead and download it instead of waiting until May 9th but I'll wait. I like all of their albums that I've bought before so this one shouldn't be any different. I'll take a chance with it.

Vitalogy. Great album.

This is a great PJ album. I've had it for quite awhile. The only song I don't like is Pilate. Something about that song that I absolutely hate. My favorites include Wishlist, Do the Evolution, MFC (I agree this song is much too short), and All Those Yesterdays. Anyone who has never heard this album needs to check it out.

I listen to them every day.

Axl is more like J.D. Salinger IMO - the character of Holden is a bit similar but not quite the same.

the song is about Mark Chapman, who was obsessed by the book catcher in the Rye. he had a copy when he killed Lennon and after shooting him he just sat down and began reading.

the song is about Chapman and his deamons.

Wow I didn't know the song was about that but now that I think about it, it makes sense. By the way, anyone who hasn't read the book should definitely go read it. its great. one of my favorite books.
