How many posters on here have seen NITL multiple times? And have seen NuGNR multiple times? How many have taken a plane to go see the band? So, so many. So yeah, I think a lot of money has been spent (and is still being spent) by forum posters. I know they don't play for the internet, but an increasingly larger portion of the audience must have seen this show now more than once.

There is a lot of whining, but even among those whiners, many have spent thousands on the band, so dismissing the whole board as a bunch of complainers that don't spend any money, pisses me off.

Just look at GNR social media. Under every pic you'll find people asking new music. Are they all whining forumers? Don't think so. It's normal to expect new music from a band. No one should try to convince us otherwise.

That’s the question. “How many?”. This is the biggest GNR forum, right? Still, how many actives posters we are? 50 persons? 30 persons? Spread all over the globe...So sorry but it’s nothing ($$$) compared with the amount of people that attended to the shows once and they are not on the forums or GNR social media. For those they play not for us and they’re right, IMO.

P.D.:But I’m w those that refuse spend one cent unless we have something new or “old new “...And yes, we are the majority over here.

When I was a kid I watched the UYI VHS over and over again. Never got tired.

Youtube have destroyed the passion for live music. Internet have destroyed the whole music industry more or less. People just want more and more and will never get satisfied.

Well, good point. For over a decade I had only 3 VHS shows to watch and I don't remember being furious over the setlist. I just remember wishing had the chance to see them at least one more time.

To an extent, but you also have some loyal people here who have continued to spend a lot of money, in spite of his shitty fucking voice

They are the minority.  Most of us, you can confirm by reading the posts here(including yours), don't want to spend a penny unless we have new music(or different ones) or bring Izzy or Steven back. And things like this happened all over the CD era. So no we weren’t that supportive as you said, at all.

Yeah, is it a bit annoying to us "forum geeks" that Axl mocked to keep seeing the same set over and over? Of course. The "forum geeks" are the ones who supported this band through countless lineup changes when they, and Axl's appearance and voice were the butt of mainstream media jokes.

Sorry but it’s not true.  We were the first ones to criticize/to demerit  new members or make jokes about Axl’s shitty voice.

Sorry for sharing a video, but holy fuck! His scream in 0:26 is mean! I wish he'd use this voice in some songs (well he kinda do in ChD but that's really all).

This is the first time in a while that I can enjoy SCOM, it seems that Axl has finally managed to find a clear voice without sounding like that damn Disney thing.

About “my good friend Slash”...Still surreal to me.

About the Melissa comments: (what for?) she is a great singer who worked with Brain and Bucket. I think she can contribute a lot in the studio and live it helps when there is someone who can play all the synth parts but can actually also do backing vocals that are great and not just passable at best. This will become even more important if Axl will release another album in the future imo.

She's an easy target for ridicule with her stage presence and the fact she does the synth thing for Guns live but she began playing piano when she was like...4. Started composing when she was 12.

Playing the synths is not the only thing she can do musically. She's extremely talented and I like her positive attitude and excitement on stage. Really liked Pitman and what he added to the band as well musically and image wise with his towl waving, falling on his ass drunk, and finally getting fired in a funny fuck you kind of way. He was too rock n' roll even for Gn'R but we got a fine replacement to handle synth duties.

Don't waste your time with a bunch of angry cowards.  For them, to belittle and ridicule people is a kind of therapy, they feel good doing it.  Therefore, nothing you say will change their posture, it is useless.

I made a screanshoot of your post and will show u again in some month? Are u the 99.99 % of the people who thought that Axl and Slash will never play again together ?????

Ha! Good one. I was one of those people who used to make fun of those fans who believed that Axl and Slash would ever play together again. I used to called them naive.
