noticed how Slsh basically did the same thing Santana did: made 1 album with guest singers of original material in 1999 (Supernatural) and another album with guest singers that was all covers (2010's Guitar Heaven)

(one difference is there's an original instrumental on Slash's Orgie Of The Damned)

Edit: santana's second guest singers album was rock covers while slash's is blues covers.

    Smooth was an great track.

It's not so surprising, really, if you think of it as GN'R + AC/DC. Even just a portion of the fan bases of the two bands (especially AC/DC - I can imagine how many AC/DC fans would be interested in new studio vocals from Brian) would be enough to generate these views. Plus, it's good, so many of the people who checked it out have probably watched it a few times.

Thanks for save to me for wrote same, i agreed absolutely.

Press release (confirmation that Metal Chesnut is an original instrumental):

The album concludes with a soaring original instrumental number, "Metal Chestnut", penned specifically for "Orgy Of The Damned" by Slash.

Wow! This comment: "an album full of guest appearancers without Dave Grohl And Corey Taylor? I think there must be something wrong"
