Hopefully not the most troubled performance at Tottenham Stadium this year - fingers crossed that is reserved for the Green Bay Packers.

There's something going on here whether it's physical or mental. Sleeping at the stadium isn't something one would do. Whatever is going on, I hope Axl recovers soon!
Spurs stadium has it's own brewery and VIP cheese room, I reckon that within the changing rooms, managers offices and hospitality areas for 8000 people on a match day there would be somewhere acceptable to doss down :-D

It may well help the chance of a re-arrangement if RHCP and GNR have outdoor shows in Glasgow to re-arrange.
Some cost sharing may make it viable. Just talk Biffy Clyro into doing a night as well at short notice :-D- 1

The premise of the show was an add on to the TRNSMT festival this coming weekend so additional infrastructure costs are at a minimum, so unless they could do it straight after it is probably not economic never mind logistically possible given how many would cash in tickets anyway as working etc.
Fortunately the train wasn't too expensive but hotel money gone. Glad I went to both London shows now and will just work tomorrow and hope for a US tour later this year to go over for. -

There’s been emails and text messages sent from ticketmaster.
I can’t see the gig being rescheduled.Agreed, "working on rescheduling options for this show so please hold onto your tickets and wait for a further update" is PR speak for "don't you all be hassling us for refunds tonight".

It's a shame as perhaps the complaints about sound of vocals on Friday made even more anxious, when it wasn't about his voice per se, it was the audio mix / balances as was fine after Estranged..

Just my take on it but working in financial industry on a pure profit basis there is no way they will keep a tour out on the road with 6 days between dates if there is the demand for shows that can make money (or at least soak up fixed costs).
More than likely are in negotiation to be added to other festivals etc - what odds Glastonbury 2021 which starts after the Glasgow show and a free weekend on that schedule?
-
One benefit of getting up at 5:30 to start work these days so can have 3 hours in office uninterrupted is that hotels etc all sorted.
And yes the Glasgow show is now Bellahouston (nr Ibrox Rangers stadium) . Green Day switched their show to there on 28/6/21 from Glasgow Green as well.
As an aside the Friday show in London could also be the same night England play Scotland at Wembley in Euro 2020 (if they beat Israel in play off) - avoid Trafalgar Square that day if they do :-D
-
Interesting to note that just had an email that Lady Gaga has confirmed a date for Spurs Stadium Jul-2021 so the logistics of Premier League season and availability must be known. Interesting she has put a Friday show on sale similar to Guns did presuming a Saturday added subject to demand. One wonders with potential for reduced demand whether bands may "share" a basic preparing of the stadium for a concert like has been seen many times - would help margins etc

Yeah. Also the second night is a saturday. That will also help to shift extra. And they are already seeing the business the friday does.
With data systems these days they will see pre-sale levels and if were in any doubt of it stacking up they would have waited until sold a shedload of Friday tickets before adding the date on the Saturday which is more convenient for most.

The economics of it make complete sense, probably a 2/3 full second night would make more money than shifting the whole production down, travel, then back up to another European city.
Is it the spirit of Rock n Roll no, but then is that the key driver.
Take my money...…. -
£177.50 inc fees for Golden Circle!!!!
£101.20 inc fees standing
£78.70 - £144.75 Seats inc fees

For anyone not already in Night Train there is an 02 presale at 10am , an hour earlier than buying a Night Train members package

Interesting that Spurs website says only UK show, unless Sturgeon plans on independence before May20.
Also note that Champions League final is on 30/5 and if Spurs did get there they had a full ground for a screening last year. Think it is stretching it for them to get there again this year mind but may be a consideration of adding a second show. -
Metallica did a show at baseball stadium before Supetbowl 50 dubbed "too heavy for halftime"
Would love to have gone to this but shame Da Bears have been shit this year so Superbowl fighting fund will stay in the bank for another year...……………
Faith No More UK tour is making up for missing this though.... 8-) -

Well I guess the Charlotte show I'm seeing won't be the dreaded "first show back" anymore. That's pretty cool!
Haha, the dreaded first game of football after xmas break when "shorts have shrunk" and lungs have closed up :-D

And Richard Fortus confirmed they almost cancelled London shows due to Axl's voice!
Even Inspector Gadget / Clouseau could solve this one.
